Food in Ethiopia is served on a platter known as a GeBeta, a large circular, usually metal platter. First, a circle of injera is placed on the gebeta, then the different stews, curries, or vegetables, that you’ve ordered are placed on top of the injera.
GeBeta Restaurant serves Teff Injera (super grain) with all dishes every weekend. Teff is glueten free and one of the earliest plants that has been originated in Ethiopia around 4000 BC. Teff is high in protein, carbohydrates and fiber.
We have got over 20 types of variety of dishes for vegetarian/vegan, and meat lovers. All our dishes are fresh and natural. There is no preservatives or additives.More

Porters Williamstown owners, Zoey and John of Williamstown opened Porters doors in September 2018. Wanting a challenge, they built a diverse but delicate menu to coordinate with their glamourous, but expansive restaurant footprint.
Porters serves coffee, breakfast and lunch, before dimming the lights for an intimate dinner or drinks at the bar. Porters wine list was curated by 2018 top sommelier, Raul Moreno Yague.
