   Excellent experience, as always. We sat outside, and the only issues we had were with wind gusts. That is not the restaurant’s fault. It is delicious, service was great. All good!

   The weather was very hot and we not able to dine indoors due to unforseen problems it was the only thing that brought the score down . Upside Hostess greeted us with a smile and gave us a brief run down of the problem . Heavenly our server was very cheerful even while she was sweating . She made drink and food suggestions and we were on our way to a great meal . The manager came by and made sure our experience was top notch ! We even observed her bussing tables and keeping the flow going . We will be back again for another "Heavenly" meal .

   Service was good. Drinks were good and the choices were amazing. Initial seating was not good but a change was made relatively easy. I ordered the Salmon Salad with the dressing on the side. Unfortunately it was dressed, and extremely soggy, so not very satisfying. Brussel sprouts and chicken wings were great as were shrimp and grits and meatloaf. Good place was a casual night out

   We always try to eat at Matt the Miller's Tavern (if we can get reservations) before going to a show at the Palladium, which is just next door within easy walking distance. We love the pretzel bites and mustard sauce. All of the food is good at Matt the Miller's. However, I do wish you would bring back the "Miller" hamburger. It was a large burger that my husband & I always shared. It had a rosemary bun and was just delicious. Please return that to the menu. I had made reservations for outside dining. However, rain was forecast for that evening. They were very accommodating and allowed us to move our reservation to inside dining. There were 7 in our party. Suddenly it did begin to pour down rain. We were so glad that we were inside.

   Always love the food here. Loved the happy hour steak special! Moriah was our server and she was attentive and great! Management came and checked on us. Very impressed!

    Food prices have gone up and it's just not really worth it to go out anymore, seeing this more and more places. I can prepare a better, cheaper meal at home.

    Shout out to our waiter, Jessica, for taking good care of us! The food was awesome and was well prepared and plates. We had the Shrimp & Grits, sirloin and walleye and all were fabulous. We started with the Brussel sprouts and we loved them and ordered another serving. It was a birthday so we ordered the carrot cake and it was sooo good! Loves it!

    The wait was a bit too long....our server picked up on that and made sure that we were comfortable and offered an appetizer so that we could wait a bit longer. Much appreciated. Once the food there, we were very pleased with it

    Felt like we were being ushered out the second we arrived. Waitress was pushy about ordering and once the food came before we even finished she brought the bill. I ate my dinner with nothing to drink as a result. Was entertaining out of state guests, didn’t leave the best impression.

    Hamburger was thin, over priced and served cold, not what you'd expect with steak on the menu and sister restaurant Tucci Steakhouse next door. Sweet potato fries were also served cold and limp. I'll go somewhere else before my next Palladium event.

    When we made the reservation there was no mention regarding buffet only. Nothing could be ordered from menu. Food ok, but extremely expensive. Especially for 91 yr old Mom. She barely ate much for $39.99 pp. Rather disappointing.

    My 88-year old mother cannot climb stairs and has difficulty walking. I had requested a table on the main floor for that reason. We were seated upstairs where it was necessary to either ride the elevator or climb the stairs. I even went so fair as to call MTM's to confirm we were going to be on the main floor. The food was just "OK" Perhaps it was because we were later in the afternoon but the food looked to have been sitting for a long time and no one was bringing out fresh even tho we heard guests asking for fresh food. Our server was amazing and helped make up for what was lacking on the buffet by providing excellent service. MTM's generally is very good - but we're giving the buffet a rest.

    We had the Mother's Day brunch. There were no options for vegetarians (other than fruit and pastries - was not able to order off the menu and was told the kitchen was not able to offer anything else), and what was there was cold (cold eggs are not tasty). For $50 a person, we were all disappointed.

    We went for Mother’s Day brunch. It was fantastic. The food was hot, fresh, and tasted delicious. They had a wide assortment of options for the whole family. Wait staff followed up to keep the table clean, refill drinks, and bring special requests like butter and ranch dressing. My whole family enjoyed the experience.

    Greeted immediately and warmly. Seated quickly (w/ 4PM reservation for 4 - so I would hope so - based on the time of day). Service was prompt and cheerful. Food was all very good and not too incredibly expensive. Have been here several times in the past and was glad to see they were still a very good option - esp for events @ the Palladium.

    Food was great, as always, but the service was incredibly slow. It took almost an hour to get our drinks and over an hour to get food for a table of 4 for Sunday lunch. It didn't seem swamped, so not sure what the problem was.

    Food isn’t seasoned … fish is clearly frozen like store bought fish sticks. Breading was soft even though it was fried … meaning it was likely purchased and frozen. Chicken sandwich had no seasoning on it. Pretty horrible. Service was odd, Lady kept walking by our table with empty glasses. But they had her serving an entire section by herself. So I don’t blame her. Won’t be back.

    We had not been for a few years, and at 6pm on a Wednesday it was quite busy and noisy. The place is showing signs of wear and tear, a bit dull, drab and disappointing in decor. Drinks took over 10 minutes to arrive but our server seemed to be covering tables all over the restaurant. I hade the shrimp and cheese grits. 5 medium shrimp that were nicely cooked atop a thick round grits cake covered with melted cheese and a cream sauce. It was good, but not great. My wife had the salad with a portion of salmon, that was a bit over cooked. Definitely areas for improvement in food quality, but our server was great, and so we left hefty tip for him.

    The sauce over the salmon is delicious & reminds me of the Asian salmon they used to have, which was always excellent. The white rice & edamame had no flavor. The green beans were not good either - no flavor & had to cut them with a knife. My iced tea came out with a silver metal piece of something floating in it. Yes, it was replaced but I feel it should have been comped. The salad, which was served on a saucer at $3.49 - really? We asked for ranch dressing but it came out with a house dressing already on it - was sent back. Not the best experience we've had here.
