Crab Cake Platter
Served with Fries, Coleslaw and Tartar Sauce
Teresa was great! Helpful and informative.
Not great! One of our dishes was cold and just not put together well and another seemed like it was fairly tasty by accident!
The service we got was amazing! Kristin was very attentive. Food came out quickly and at a good pace. The food was good. Brussel sprouts were delicious.
I’m a young mom of 2 very well behaved children. We set reservations and came in, order the double crab cake platter and 2 plates of filet mignon. The steak was absolutely fabulous, perfectly cooked. Although they seemed not so busy, the service definitely lacked. The dishes would be much better with a broader side menu to pair.
We enjoyed our brunch. First time dining here. Our server Travis was awesome! We enjoyed our meals: shrimp salad, crab quiche. However, my husband’s meal was not good at all. He got the grilled chicken sandwich. He said it was thin, dry, & chewy. Overall, our experience wax great with the exception of the grilled chicken
Haven’t been here since the renovation and love the changes. The service was fine. Loved when they used to offer warm bread to start. Would have staved off hunger pangs while awaiting the appetizers.
This was our first time at Maggie's. We saw an ad on social media and decided to try their brunch. The food was amazing and the service was friendly and efficient. I was pleasantly surprised to find they had bottomless mimosas. This is something they should advertise more because many brunch-goers look for this specifically when choosing brunch spots. Sadly, both my girlfriend and I forgot to take pictures, but as mentioned before, the food was amazing! We will definitely be back!
We had a lovely evening celebrating 64 years of being together! Our server, Kimberly, was so very pleasant and helpful. She's a keeper. Our entrees were also delicious. Looking forward to more evenings at Maggies.
The bar area is pretty noisy, but the dining room noise level varies. Food was great and service was very good.
We had a 5 o’clock reservation. Seated immediately. Our server was prompt and friendly. Everything was very good. We will return often.
We had a delightful meal at Maggie's. The soup and appetizers were superb. Of the two entrees, the chicken was a tad dry, but the seafood dish was excellent.
It was a beautiful day and we were able to eat outside. We had an excellent waitress (wish I remembered her name). The crab quiche and spicy Brussel sprouts were excellent.
Food is diner quality but at higher prices! Service is wonderful but dishes all lack flavor and the fried shrimp was good but it is no longer on the menu.
Totally had a wonderful experience. Love the new fireplace dining area.
Food was excellent. Service was outstanding (special thanks to Travis for being a good sport). Can’t wait to go back again.
Great neighborhood spot. Good beer selection. Try the bison burger that comes with housemate chips.
Accommodations and service was great. 3 of 4 meals were great. Chicken Cesare salad was bitter and the chicken tough. Music was a bit loud also, along with the traffic, which I know you cannot do anything about.
Over all food was good tho appetizer wasn’t the best. Chesapeake Potato Skins we’re cold, and the crab meat and spice was awful. Maybe use a better crab, and be sure it’s hot!
The Sheppards pie was well made and yummy. 🦀 are over priced right now. So we got a much smaller crab cake, at a higher price. But the crab cake entree was hot, well spiced and really good meal.
The restaurant was amazing and the service was great!! My husband and I loved it and we’ll be going again!!
We had some service issues. Two of us ordered asparagus as our veggie and the plates came with the mixed veggie medley. The manager was quick to respond and got our asparagus. Also two us us ordered the seafood cassoulet and what we got didn’t seem to match up with the description on the menu. It was basically stewed tomatoes with seafood in it. I guess we both expected some kind of herb sauce with a topping of bread crumbs. It was agreed by the 4 of us that the food was okay, but nothing special.
Crabcake and mash potatoes were good. Seafood potatoe skins and steamed shrimp were okay. Roasted beet salad with chicken was good. Too much dressing on the salad but it was still good.
WE sat outside on the deck while a thunder storm came through. It was lovely. Our waitress Emma was top notch - helpful, attentive and fun. She alone is a reason to return. Food was creative and delicious. Recommend the Ahi Tuna appetizer. Grilled salmon was also tasty. And be sure to leave room for dessert. Hazelnut chocolate torte was amazing. This was our first visit to Maggie's. We will be back!
The food was delicious and fresh. Portion size was great. Value also great. The waitress Emma was a treat you don't want to miss. Loved her!!
Great local spot
Good beer selection. Juicy bison burger. Ask for Emma to serve you—she was part of the fun.
A nice change and above average dining. Good choices of entrees. Enjoyed our evening out for dinner.
Despite the worker shortage, service was good. One complaint: Beer prices are out of line for Westminster.
Some of our dishes were excellent and others had little taste. We loved the experience and will return to find what they do best. Good value!
Good food, good times and at a good price. Everyone commented that their food was great.
I had fish and chips and think the fish was watery and the coating was not crisp. The price of the crab cakes was steep and we didn’t realize this until the bill came.
My wife and I enjoyed a very nice meal at Maggie’s. Everyone was very polite and the service was excellent. We enjoyed our entrees. Everything came out as expected and tasted great. I would highly recommend and will be going again soon.
First time eating there. Food and service were excellent! Would definitely recommend the Maggie’s Melt
This was our second meal at the new Maggie’s. Lunch was great! This brunch… we wanted to love it- but we did not. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable. Maggie’s “brunch” menu consists of 4 items. We had hoped for a slightly larger menu but rolled with it. The french toast was beautifully presented and tasty. The eggs Benedict was so so. Lots of hollandaise. Lots. Creamed chipped beef was lukewarm. We’re hopeful that this was just a one off. Love Maggie’s and will try brunch again once it has grown up a bit.
good experience Waitress Emma was wonderful. Food was very good. Would certainly go again
We had a wonderful experience with Travis at Maggie’s he did such an amazing job!!!
My friend and I searched for nice restaurants in the Westminister area and Maggie’s appeared, so we booked a reservation. We arrived on time and was seated. The only order taken by their waitress was my drink order which consisted of a Beer & Mai Tai. We waited approximately 15-18 minutes and the waitress never came back. I personally witnessed the waitress visit two other tables twice while I waited. Granted we were the only two blacks at this restaurant, however, I’m cultured enough to eat anywhere, so that didn’t turn me away. I never pulled the race card before, but this was the first time I’ve felt this way. I do not recommend other blacks to attend this restaurant even if you deal with white people on a daily basis because they made me feel uncomfortable, were very inconsiderate, and never even bothered to wait on me. The only nice person was one older waitress who circled back to see if we been helped because she noticed we were sitting for a very long time without any food and drink, so to her thank you very much for showing that you cared.
Although the food was good, my one pet peeve (in most restaurants) is when they leave the tails on the shrimp that is served in a sauce. I don't understand the reasoning in that. I ordered the seafood cassolet that had a tomato sauce. There is no neat way to remove the tails from the shrimp without getting the sauce all over. This is not just at Maggies but ALL restaurants seem to do this. Please consider this when serving shrimp dishes. Other than Shrimp cocktail, the tails should be removed!
First time eating at Maggie’s. Food was delicious and staff was friendly. Can’t wait to go back.
Great place to eat. i will be going back to Maggies
Great meal, great service outside on the patio. Perfect way to celebrate our first time at a restaurant since the pandemic!
Very pleasant waitress, great food, nice atmosphere!
