Booked because of previous reviews and wasn’t disappointed. 5 ladies for a pre theatre meal on Saturday. By 5pm the restaurant was full and people were queuing. Great location, tasty food with lots of choice, good value. Waiter moved us downstairs after our meal so we could have another drink and suggested we return after the show. Lovely round table in the window. Our only slight complaint was the AC made us a bit chilly but that may be a Covid precaution.
We booked a table hoping to have a brunch to find out that they don't serve it so we had to opt-in for the lunch menu.
Took them 30 minutes to take the order and they did it only after we called the waitress 3 times to make the order (at the time it was only us and 2 more tables and the waitress managed to take the wrong orders anyways). Food was mediocre and we had 3 people serving us. In the end, asking for a tip for service charge - not likely.
Good food and atmosphere.
Average to good food, but the service was all over the place (not just for us, the table next to us were waiting a long time for their food too and had to send some back because it was cold). It also appeared that my daughters food had been blasted in a microwave…
Lovely decor inside the restaurant with pleasant staff. The food was good and price was reasonable. Definitely recommend this restaurant for a meal after the theatre.
Great little restaurant close to Embankment. Lovely authentic Italian food, good service and nice atmosphere.
Really impressed with the way this restaurant made us feel so welcome, despite our reservation being so late in the evening. The food was delicious - so all in all a great occasion.
I love Ulivo, for their classic Italian menu. Great service, tasty food and very freindly staff.
Great little find! Would go again
Had the scoglio which wasn't bad. I know it's a central London establishment but could make more of an effort to have repeat customers.
We went there New Year’s Eve after a show . Food was ok but very shocked when we were presented with the bill with 25% survive charge ! Which was not shared when booked or when we arrived .
Really helpful and accommodating for my daughters 21st .
Great food and good price for West End
Such a lovely restaurant, food is superb
The staff are wonderful and it’s a lovely setting, been a few times now, would definitely recommend 😊
Nice restaurant, but beware the service charge which was a whopping 25% . We queried this and were told that it was because it was New Years eve. We were not told this when we booked, and the restaurant wasn't even full.
Food, service and atmosphere was very good. Slightly pricey but it is in London!
Would absolutely recommend dining here. Lovely restaurant before going to the Theatre. Perfect location, didn’t feel rushed & the food was some of the best we’ve ever been served. Will definitely be back when visiting London again.
We booked a table but nothing was reserved and they reluctantly gave us a circular table. Waitress was rubbish no bread offered and no oil to go with our Pizza's. Very disappointing as it was supposed to be a special treat for our son 😞
20 mins wait before even being asked if we had a booking. Sat at our table but only enough time to rush through a main to get to a show nearby.
Good menu choices. Lovely buzzy atmosphere. Service a little slow as restaurant was busy.
Really enjoyed it will definitely visit again. Food and service excellent.
food was good but overpriced, staff is overwhelmed, but they are very nice,
Me and my young daughter went for lunch before heading to the theatre near by. The welcome was friendly, the restaurant was decorated beautiful with Christmas devs which gave it a lovely feeling. The service was attentive and the food was very good. Would definitely return and recommend.
Very enjoyable meal, good food, good portions, good value. Helpful staff.
We received great service, the waiter was knowledgeable about the menu. We really enjoyed the atmosphere. The food was really nice. Great value.
A real find!! Gorgeous food. Good service (the retaurant was VERY busy!)
Best pizza we have had for a long time! Very good…
A great location for theatres, service was not rushed, although the place wS busy we never felf like they wanted to get us out to get others in.
Will visit again, no issues.
Horrendous, overbooked no drink till meals was finished
The food and the table service were excellent. The restaurants was very busy though so you couldn’t always hear the person opposite. Checking in when we got to the restaurant was a bit chaotic as well. The front of house lady knew we were waiting, but was booking in and seating other tables of 2 despite them having later bookings than us. Would definitely visit again though
Lovely restaurant. Very busy so would recommend you book. Food and service was good and the other diners all very friendly which made it a really nice evening. It was a bit rushed as huge queue of people waiting but that would be my only criticism.
Great food and service, but expensive, especialky wine by the glass.
Pre-theatre dinner. Service really good even though restaurant very busy.
A great restaurant, very convenient for a pre theatre meal in the West End. The food was very good and the interior decoration excellent. We arrived just before the main rush and the ambience was very nice. When it filled, it felt a bit cramped which was a shame.
The service was very good and it felt very authentic. A nice place.
Excellent for a pre Theatre meal. Service was quick and food excellent. Loved the Christmas decor. Will go back and would recommend
Great ambience and food was good and fast. Garlic bread with cheese fabulous.
Really friendly fun service will come again for sure
Dana the waitress was a SUPERSTAR!!! 😊👍👏
We didn’t want to leave!
She made our experience AMAZING!!
She is such a HUGE asset to that business!!!
Del & Shriti. xx
Excellent service and delicious food as always thank you
Thank you so much for our meal on Sunday. The food was excellent.
Thank you also for being very accommodating to our large group and our noisy children ; )
We will be back next year and will be recommending to friends.
Great restaurant, faultless service and superb food at a reasonable price. What more could you want, highly recommend
