Everything was beautiful as usual in the restaurant and hotel excellent service food was delicious great presentation.. everything was very festive and decorated beautifully for the holidays I love to stay at your hotel even though I live in Staten Island... everyone needs a night out here and there
My first reaction when I requested a wine menu was questionable, the waiter was under pressure training and instead of handing the menu actually released it onto the table without handing it over to me, really rude. However, when taking my order for the wine and food he turned it around to a rather positive movement. That’s due to the fact that we asked him to serve us with a smile and pour conversation afterwards settled his issue, he was a bit friendly. Our food was ok. The Halibut was a bit over cooked, but the Lorenzo Fried calamari was excellent and a must order. Our desert was very good as well. Overall, my experience was good and ok.
My wife and I throughly enjoyed our date night at Lorenzo’s restaurant. Both the food and service was top notch, and we got to enjoy live piano entertainment as well. My wife and I walked the grounds after our meal where we were married 15 years ago....and it still looks amazing!!
Quite impressed. Delicious cuisine and reasonably priced. Recommended to friends. Not much nice buffet brunches left! Very enjoyable. Didn’t rush us!
Calimri Padella (sp)is great. So was the Base Livornese. But avoid filet of sole..too salty. We've tried a few times in the past but this sole recipe misses big time. Comfortable room. Decent Negroni.
It's easy to find an open table. Service there was good. The place was good. The quality of food was good. We got free wine and coffee offer which was unexpected. I will recommend my friends.
We went for an early dinner before a show. It was restaurant week and that menu was limited although you could order off the regular menu. We were not disappointed with the flavor though. Buratta and Lorenzo’s calamari to start. Buratta very good and the calamari was surprisingly delicious! Main was pasta for DH and he enjoyed it and I had the pork chop with roasted Brussel sprouts and whipped potatoes also very good! Both had the cheesecake desert which was average. Overall a lovely meal and the restaurant setting is very nice, we had a window table. Service was very good. Would definitely go back for the full menu!

Wonderful anniversary dinner. We got married at the Hilton 5 years ago and try to make it back and eat at Lorenzo’s every so often.

Everyone in my party had stomach issues all night after eating here. The food was over priced and it’s quality was so so. The appetizers were over priced as was the main course. Not worth the cost.

Lorenzo's was a last minute choice to meet midway with friends from NJ. To locate a restaurant with ambience, good food, and not so loud that you can't have conversation is a hard find. But we found it at Lorenzo's! And the live piano music was a perfect touch and added even further to the ambience. As soon as you enter, the servers are friendly and welcoming. As for the food, the olive bread and dips they serve as you are seated are delicious. Of the meals we ordered, the salmon and the branzini were the favorites. The appetizers and desserts were also very good. And I should mention that the portion sizes are fairly substantial. When the owners stopped by our table and introduced themselves and chatted with us for a few minutes, it added a very warm and personal touch to the evening. We had a lovely evening and agreed that Lorenzo's will now be our midway meeting point with our friends from NJ!
Tables could be a spaced better. To close to each other.
I had lunch with work associates. The servicer was very polite and took our order quickly. The food was fresh and portions were enough. I would recommend and plan on going back.
We visit for special occasions and are never disappointed. The Sunday Brunch is always great for our family. Servers are friendly and food is good.

We loved it. As we were finishing our meal, we had the pleasure of meeting the owners, Lois and Richard Nicotra. They are truly lovely people and by the time we left we had met the chefs, the restaurant manager and the Vice President of the hotel. We felt welcomed into the family. Lorenzo's and the Hilton Hotel and Hampton Inn are hidden gems on Staten Island.
Been coming here for years, it just wasn’t as good as it was in the past. Hope it was just an of day.
I didn't love the fettuccine bolognese. The chicken dish with the lemon wine sauce was very good.
Food was good. But not good enough for the price . Average entree was $35 and not worth it.

Lorenzo's is definitely one of the best spots on Staten Island. The food has never disappointed, the service always above and beyond. Mr. and Mrs. Nicotra are the best. Their hotel is top notch and they expect that every customer is to be treated like family. I never get tired of coming to this fine establishment.

Food was disgusting and the service was inattentive at best. Complained about food and the manager argued with us. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Use to be good but instead to improve is going back
Food was not edible. The vegetables were not fresh. They were very mushy. The salmon was very dry. The special of the day, the sole, was tasteless and the crumb topping was not put under the broiler and moistened with butter/oil.
We will not be returning to this restaurant and will not hesitate to steer friends away.
VERY DISAPPOINTED considering the money spent.
The food was grossly overpriced for the quality. I ordered the cold antipasto for $12. it came with a few pieces of cheese and salami and a few dried cranberries. I ordered the filet mignon medium. It came rare and was fatty. It was supposed to have fries and came with a spoonful of mashed potato. They charged $35. They waiter hardly came to check on us. and seemed preoccupied when he did.
To say we were extremely disappointed is an understatement. When we booked this reservation, no one told us that 1) there was a limited menu (which included no pasta dishes) and 2) that we would be put in a room with a party of 20, and we could not even have a conversation after driving 5 hours to be with family...i love staying at Hilton but something always goes wrong!
Everything has met our expectations. Every single dish was delicious, the amount of food was bigger than normal. So don't order too much food.

Food a bit pricey..portions small and had to add on salad which could have been included since the entree was expensive. A MID WERK DO ING DPECIAL MIGHT BRING IN MORE PEOPLE DURING OFF DINING DAYS
The ambiance and atmosphere were great. The staff was so friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and we're large portions as well! It was a great first experience there and Ican't wait to go back!
