Overrated ! Good food & service Staff are excellent ! We asked for a table outside - impossible However - there was at least one table for 2 outside free - for our duration ! We accepted a table beneath a glass roof - which was the floor of the upper dining area! It looked filthy from where we sat as was the floor - which was greasy ! Table wasn’t very hygienic looking either! Shame - felt I was greasy spoon cafe rather than the Almafi Coast! Food & Staff were excellent ! Dear Owner - spend some money on your investment and smarten up! More

I can definitely recommend this restaurant. What you get is traditional Italian dishes, which you don’t in most other Italian restaurants. The desserts are also outstanding. This high quality comes for a certain price though, it is not in the cheaper end... More

This is a great place if you want to celebrate a special occasion. The food was great and the wine recommendation was very good. I had the lemon and merengue cake which was amazing. The service and ambiance were very good. Basically, although a bit pricey, one pays for the quality. More

My third visit to Ham Yard but the first lunchtime experience. You can really appreciate the beautiful restaurant interior at this quieter time. The set menu is excellent value and the swordfish with mango salad was delicious! The service was, as on previous occasions, perfect. More

Waeska Bar at the Mandrake
Cocktail Bar | Fitzrovia, West End London

Waeska bar at The Mandrake is the perfect spot in which to sample a botanical-based house cocktail created by the expert team of mixologists. In addition to the seasoned favourites, it will offer rare and unusual brands from all over the world, but with an emphasis on smaller, highly crafted distillers. Furthermore, the room is elegant, extraordinary and comfortable with retractable glass doors opening onto a private courtyard. A private collection of objects d’art, gathered and curated over many years, adorns the walls.

Waeska has launched a new menu of plant-inspired cocktails in time for the summer months. Through experimentation and extensive research on ancient herbs and botanicals, the Waeska bar team demonstrates its perpetual quest for originality, aiming to always inspire and surprise its discerning and adventurous customers.
