The fish entree was truly remarkable. The drinks and dessert were also impressive. What didn't belong in this mix were the zucchini fritters, which were tiny rubbery discs with bland sauces. Otherwise perhaps our best meal during our stay in Toronto.

Amazing first time experience at blue blood! Gio was absolutely outstanding and walked us through the menu, gave wonderful recommendations and overall made the whole experience so friendly and inviting. The food was phenomenal and the portions were rather large without any compromise on quality. Overall amazing I will definitely be recommending and coming back!

First timer to Bonterra - a special dinner with my daughter - the ambiance was magical with tasteful Christmas decor and holiday music outdoors as we entered. We felt welcomed and valued. My friend had a bowl with chicken. She is gluten intolerant and specified this to the server. When the food arrived, delivered by someone else, the chicken looked like it had a crunchy bread coating. She asked the person if it was gluten free. She didn’t know. Finally the server cane back and said it was gluten free…. The server seemed fairly new (didn’t get her name) and wasn’t as comfortable on her role as most there. I had the salmon benny (my fave) and it was awesome as always!

For 2024 the service is impeccable, but a little pretentious. A client should feel comfortable, not in stage before your staff, needing to uphold the standards of the aristocracy. In other words, I expect perfection, but you shall not expect perfection from me. Such is life. And more directly - have each server, no matter what level, make eye contact and say “Merci” at least once. Otherwise, the best Montreal dining experience thus far. R

The restaurant is currently under renovations, but you would never know, as they do a great job at containing it. It is clean and the staff are efficient. They are professional but could read the table well and were able to adapt to our energy. The food, well, it's way better then other steak restaurants! Our party was 6 people and 5 ordered steaks, all different ways, no one was disappointed. I strongly recommend this venue for your nights out.

Food was excellent. Only disappointment was where we were seated and the infrequent serving of our table. When I made the reservation on open table, there was a prompt for what you were celebrating, if anything. There was an option to say you were on a date. So I clicked that, because we were! Reservation was for 5 pm-very early and the restaurant was very quiet. Even though I had selected the "date celebration", we were seated next to the only table with children. The table was very close to ours. I would have expected a quieter table. The service was also very infrequent. The other party arrived before me and when I showed up, it was over 15 minutes wait just to get a drink. We weren't checked in on during the meal. All that said, I would return for the amazing food.

A Thursday night was a good time. Steady and not packed. Food was good but not overwhelmingly delicious. We had the squid which was the best dish of the night. The curry linguine was good although it had too many sprouts. The Thai noodle dish was also good but fairly spicy. We will go again and try other food.

Waiter was very attentive but food took long time , a bit noisy - tables by the entrance should have a divider or something. It felt way too busy, too much traffic and people coming in and out. The Mic Mac Bar & Grill is a family-owned business that began in 1963. At that time, all of the meals were made by the owner’s wife who, incidentally, started off with no experience.

By 1966, Mic Mac Bar & Grill had become a local watering hole for men, but ladies arrived on the scene in 1974. The Mic Mac Beverage Room has become famous for its delicious home-cooked meals, especially its steaks, and provides excellent dining in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

We had the four course meal and enjoyed every bite! Appreciated all the little touches such as the mini cookies with candles (we were celebrating many milestones last evening) and the offer to take pictures by our server in front to the Christmas tree. Our server was simply lovely. Yes there was a small error with an order, but they made it right quickly, in s way that satisfied everyone. That’s really good service. Everyone was happy with their food, it arrived hot and fresh. One meal had slightly too well cooked fish and scallops, but not enough to complain about. It was all super tasty. I’d turn off the sports screens on a Monday night, you’re a restaurant, not a sports bar. Been several times with family, and will go again. A really solid choice with great water views!

The whole experience was great, food and service were fantastic. I got the seafood medley pasta and the other person got the 12oz charred steak. The portions were very generous and lots of seafood in my dish. Our server was very attentive and funny. We arrived early for our reservation and got a table right away. We were seated in the bar which was small and more casual. The only thing to make the experience better would be more tasteful Christmas music instead of sounding like you’re in a Walmart shopping. Maybe some more classic or instrumental would set the atmosphere better in this nice restaurant.

We had a great experience here for brunch. Manager greeted us and spoke with us for a few minutes. Checked in again with us during and when we were leaving. Staff were very friendly. Food was nicely presented, Great selection, everything we tried was delicious. Good selection of shrimp, oysters, mussels as well as prime rib, porchetta and salmon. Baked goods, scones, croissants as well as standard breakfast staples pancakes, sausage, etc. We booked the table for 10:30am and were literally the first people there. Was quiet while we were there but people started coming in closer to the end of our stay. Would definitely recommend. Found out about this location on social media review and it didn’t disappoint. Will definitely be back.

Salmon dinner was great. Expensive & few veggies, which was sad. Pasta was ‘pasta’; not exciting. Expensive. Caesar salad, everyone seemed to enjoy. Service was ok. Served 1 drink & never asked us if we wanted another. He just kept refilling our water. Which was ok. Got my red wine wrong, after telling him twice, he brought me white. He pooped it out of a carafe & when he brought the red, it was just brought in a glass. lol

Treadwell offers indoor dining, as well as outdoor dining on our enclosed and heated patio. We are open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

During the Fall and Winter months, dinner reservations are available on Monday thru Thursday from 5pm to 730pm. On Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, we offer two seatings - between 5pm and 6pm; as well as between 745pm and 8:45pm (with each table allocated 2hr 30min). Please note that our menu for dinner is a multi-course, prix fixe menu ($115 per guest).

Lunch reservations are available between 11:30am and 2pm, with our lunch a la carte menu being offered. Breakfast is served between 8am and 10am

the presentation is beautiful, but the blending of flavors so that you can taste each flavor without any of them being overpowering is truly wonderful. The choices for each course are varied but it is always hard to choose as they each sound wonderful. A meal well worth the anticipation.
