What a gem! We had a fabulous time and Liz was an excellent
Received undercooked turkey burger, which I sent back. Manager told me it was cooked but would prepare another one, which then took way too long and I had to get back to work. One of the other floor managers apologized for the delay and removed the charge from my bill. Nevertheless, I was handed a take out bag with the new burger, only to get back to the office, cut it open and guess what...still pink inside.
I make turkey burgers often, so am familiar with how a thoroughly cooked one should look. I get how difficult it can be to make sure turkey burgers are fully cooked, I'm just annoyed by the response from one of the other managers.
Great choice for a moderately priced business lunch.
Great food, especially the appetizers! Everything was delicious
Great place for a business lunch with simple menus and great tasting food
Excellent service, delicious food, and creative menu. We enjoyed our lunch and breakfast. Thanks!
Friendly service in a convenient, comfortable venue. Good but overpriced food.
The food was excellent!
Everything was amazing!
Good but expensive
Service was very good. I really like the ambiance. Food is very good!!
Good meal, lovely service, nice casual ambience.
A nice friendly place, very good food and reasonably priced. Staff was friendly and very attentive. They undercooked my food a bit but were quick to apologize and recover. I will return on future visits to NYC.
It was great but a little too noisy!
Food was delicious and service spot on. Great for lunch!
We have been to the restaurant several times. Salads are delicious. Unfortunately, service was poor to fair. Waiter only came to take order. No one came to ask if we wanted coffee or tea and we had to track down to get check. I recognize that it is quite busy at lunch time, but staff should know how to manage. Will think twice before going back
My party didn't love all the food. But the service was good. Our waitress was super nice and the ambiance was nice.
Great location in corner of 48 & Lex (adjacent to East Side Marriott). Good, not great food. Wait staff was very personable.
The food was good but it took forever for the meals to come. Had breakfast, so not super complicated. Very expensive for breakfast food of eggs. Very Slow service and took long to get the check. Painful.
For the amount of food at the cost it’s priced at I would not. There needs to be bigger portions and be able to add sides to dinner plate that is valued at $30 for an average sized piece of Mahi Mahi with shredded carrots, beets, and zucchini. I left after paying $120 w/tip only to feel hungry still. Not a good sign.
Crowded and busy, but staff was attentive and accommodating.
Great spot in neighborhood for business breakfast
The lobster wedge was incredibly disappointing. I generally like this spot, but this was a miss.
Good ambience and convenient location although space was a bit cramped with table quite small for two.
This was my second time visiting Lexington Brass while I was in town for business. From the minute you walk in, you are greeted by the personable staff and within a minute of being seated, my server greeted me. Everything from the food, ambiance and service was top notch. If you are looking for a night out with girlfriends, a family dinner or date night, this is the place to be!
Enthusiastically recommend this place for brunch. Went at midday on a Sunday and it was a bit loud, but the service was still great and food was delightful. 10 stars for the cinnamon roll pancakes, breakfast burrito and mulled cider mimosa.
Food, environment and service were great! A little pricey.
GREAT food, drink, and service
Great meal. Expensive for what it is, but was nice for a special occasion or date. I wouldn't just go for a casual weekend trip though.
Food was incredible and the service was great. Seems to be a lot classier than the menu is charging, great value for money
It was the perfect spot for New Year’s brunch with guests from out of town. We got a great table by the window for excellent people watching.
Food below average
Expensive for what it was.
Extremely rude staff. They brought the main course without clearing the starter plates.
I had asked for a cake with a candle for my mother’s 70th birthday and it never came.
Very cold atmosphere.
Down right awful experience.
Ordered the Kobe Meatballs & they were good, ordered the Chicken Under a Brick & Steak Frites, both were not hot & the steak was under cooked, they took it back and when it returned (same food), it was slightly warmer, still not hot, steak still under cooked. Less than half of each was eaten. The management apologized and took the chicken off the bill. Even if it hadn't been Christmas dinner, it still would have been disappointing, the fact that it was Christmas dinner made it worse.
Christmas breakfast here every year!
ONLY issue is they need to do something about getting to and from the restrooms! You have to wait forever for an elevator to take you down and then you wait forever for it to come back down. Another patron and I were down there for 10 minutes and finally had to go through a room for employees which had a door that took us up to another floor with no exit and then finally found another door which put us out on 48th St. my sister was getting worried as I was gone for 15 minutes! Rather unnerving if you ask me.
Great apart from the fact you have to take a lift to the toilets and if you catch it wrong the lift operates the hotel and you can end up on the 17th floor! This can take some time!
Service was very poor with a 15 min wait before water/drink order taken.
Grilled Octopus was extremely rubbery and when server came by and asked how it was, upon hearing it was rubbery, she said she was happy to hear I was enjoying my lunch.
Spinach bowl was good.
We sat at the bar and had breakfast . Our bartender/ server Sahara was so lively and engaging we enjoyed her so much we returned later that day to enjoy her fabulous service again. Would highly recommend . If you go there, ask if she’s working . I hope you too can enjoy her beautiful energy as we did
The waitress cursed ( FU) about my sister in law when she stepped away from the table when she had asked about the status of her meal and my daughter heard it!
Expnesive and small portions. Service was average. The experience was ok.
Love this place! One of my favorites! Great food and ambiance. Wonderful location and fabulous service! Highly recommend!!
