Le Petit Paris
They decided 15 years ago to create their first restaurant in Cannes, Le Petit Paris, Parisian brasserie, located in the middle of the international film festival city.
In order to give the opportunity of an unforgettable experience in Cannes to their international clientele, they decided to run a business on the beach with the combination of well being, relaxed and lay down on the beach with a cocktail and enjoying a gastronomic food.
David and Fanny were always striving to be surrounded by great collaborators in order to provide a real “savoir-faire” to their clients. They have been known worldwide now thanks to their hard work and dedication.

An excellent upscale spot in downtown LA! The perfect restaurant to celebrate a special occasion.
This restaurant was an amazing experience. I’m from Los Angeles, and this is definitely the best French food I have had. Can be a bit noisy but if you value great food and a beautiful ambience, this is the place for you.
Le Petit Paris is one of the finest restaurants in all Los Angeles. The entire staff from the moment we walked in was outstanding. Sasha was gracious. Chris the bartender was smart & informative as was his co-bartender. And the server handling the pepper mill can really sing! The repurposed design of the restaurant was clever & enchanting. Can't wait to return. Thanks to everyone for a delightful evening
Have dined here several times before. It used to be a very nice place for a relaxed dinner. Now they had a band with OK repertoire and a mediocre singer, but so loud that it is no longer an elegant dinner with a chance to have a conversation. You have to scream to be heard across the table. Disappointed
Great ambience with awesome customer service. It was a Tuesday night so I’m not sure how loud it can be in there. The food was really tasty. Cheese pasta, Maine Lobster Linguine was my fav.
My first time here and my whole experience was great. I will come again.
The appetizers were better than the entrees, service started out well but by the end of the night we were mostly ignored. We asked one server to pack our leftovers, he disappeared and never returned. Then we asked another server to pack them, he piled our plates on top another, with the bottom touching the food we wanted to take home, treating the food like discards. It was not a pleasant sight. The ladies' room was filthy, not what you expect from a restaurant of this calibre. The noise level was ridiculous, and the tables were so close to each other we heard the neighbor's conversation more than our own. NOT a good place for date night if you want intimacy or a chance to chit chat.
Nothing to write home about. Except for maybe those 3 foot pepper shakers--What are those even about except to make you feel crazy when they are grinding it over your meal?!? It's fine. But that's as far as I'll go with it. The food is average, but expensive for what you get. The burger is great, but...still expensive. We had the cheese plate...OK. The lamb shank...OK. The service...OK.
We came for delicious French cuisine and their weekly jazz, and they met all our expectations! The space and ambience had that vintage European feel, and it was a wonderful break from DTLA. We 3 split beef and salmon tartare and the sea bass and scallop truffle risotto entrees; and all were presented beautifully and tasted seasoned and delicious. We had a bottle of rose, then for dessert split the lava cake and each had a glass of chateau neuf de pape while listening to vintage jazz. Wonderful escape from the world! Service by Benny was fabulous; our waiter was not as present once the customers came.
We want to return for the happy hour another time soon.
I loved my experience with my coworkers. I can’t wait to return next month for my birthday celebration.
Excellent food and service.
This was our second dinner here. The Parmesan round on pasta is a great rich dining experience. For a nice upscale dining experience at a price try this place.
I was treating my brother to brunch for his birthday and we were very pleased with the ambiance, service and food. I definitely recommend indoor seating. We loved the decor and beautiful chandeliers! I will be back!
Food was just ok.
Very elegant but also Parisian Casual at the same time (think Bistro). Cool chandeliers and side lights. Reasonably priced, including some reasonable and good wine options.
Great ambience. Went for lunch and will go again.
A delicious Mother’s Day menu in a very nice environment! I enjoy the food the restaurant and the company!
The food was bad. That’s all I can say. I’m not sure it’s so challenging to simply make good food. And it was very expensive. The service was fine.
Our reservation was 20:30hrs. we arrived 15 minutes before, so they didn’t have the table ready, that’s ok, so we waited at the bar. But!!! The table was ready till 21:10hrs. 40 minutes after the time of our reservation!!! The food was excellent but the timing between plates no so good.
Investment in this place was clearly on the decor and not the food. They have all the standard French fair and it looks like a fancy French restaurant inside. But the food was mediocre at best (duck confit, escargots--who puts pesto in escargots?, veal, creme brulee). We arrived early for our reservation so we had to wait a bit (which is fair) so we ordered drinks, then our table was ready but our drinks weren't, so they forced us to wait for the drinks so we could close out so THEN we could proceed to our table. I was surprised they'd make us wait longer for ordering drinks (I would have much preferred that we'd proceed to our table, the drinks delivered to our table, and applied to our bill at the table-i.e. minimizing inconvenience to the paying customer at this fine dining establishment).
Authentic and delicious (more European size portions). The ambiance is far beyond what you might ever imagine from the outside of this otherwise fairly nondescript building. Great for special occasions or nice brunch with friends.
Food was amazing and the server was really nice.
Graduation celebration with family
Overpriced and under seasoned, overall a bit disappointing.
Wednesday night jazz from 7:30-9:30 made this experience one of the most romantic nights of my entire life. The food, service, and ambiance were all unbelievable, the live music made it truly unforgettable. Ordered the truffle pasta prepared table side in the Parmesan wheel, what a dining experience. My date had the Dover Sole Meunière, also prepared table side. Truly amazing.
We had a very pleasant dining experience overall for a party of four adults celebrating a birthday. There was a family seated directly next to us who had small children which was a bit loud. But overall, the dining atmosphere and service were above expectations.
Beautiful place with outstanding service.
Not sure what happened to this restaurant. I've eating here several times before and loved it, even had it in my Favorite list. Last Saturday was very disappointing. The service was good but the food mediocre. Having so many amazing restaurants in DTLA not sure if I'll come back.
First, when we arrived we were courteously greeted by the host and manager. The decor is great, type of a Parisian brasserie hotel. Despite the investment made in that place quite a few details could have been done much better to my opinion ( more discrete sounds system, better hiding pipes and else...)
Right away when we sat at our table, we noticed that the chair and the booth were at a quite different height, the table and chairs were noticeably low so it was very uncomfortable to seat on the booth to have dinner.
The waiter was apparently quite overwhelmed to not be able to offer a descent service and have to look for him for a long moment each time we needed something to be done at our table. At one point two other servers were having a very load personal conversation right next to me including a not very classy vocabulary, to say the least.
The dinner started with stale crostini and black truffle cream, then we picked the grilled octopus that was excellent and the leek that was not properly cooked (faded color and undercooked). The second course was the lamb shank that has not flavor profile that you can expect from that type of cooking technic and that was a bit dry (weird) the garnish was fine. The veal dish was just okay as the meat was shoulder and would have been so much better with veal tenderloin, the price is up to that type of cut too. The garnish and sauce were excellent. The dessert was a chocolate soufflé that was barely raised and cooked, the vanilla ice cream with it was delicious.
I choose a glass Saint Emilion grand cru that was horrible, not there fault but I would recommend to not jeep it on the wine list.
Overall I was expecting a much better experience considering the potential of that restaurant. Quite disappointed, much more attention to details would make a big difference.
Should have more affordable wines.
Excellent food and service. There was no wait and the servers were very helpful throughout the dining experience. Their happy hour during the weekdays is an excellent value with quality oysters for $1 and other appetizers starting at $5. Their bite-sized "steak" burgers were deceptively filling. They have some delicious entrees with various meat dishes. The overall ambience seems authentic with a French vibe.
Le Petit Paris is a quiet place with pleasant environment, good food and great service in the heart of downtown.
We had a lovely meal, the interior is very attractive, the food was quite good. Prices are high for proper entrees. My friend and I shared the escargot, they were divine, I then had onion soup which was so naturally sweet from the onions and loaded with cheese, it was all one could hope for in an onion soup. I then had the moules, not what I'd expected. I was expecting a broth, they were in the shell but had been "baked" in the shell with lots of parsley, too close in flavor to the escargot but nearly as tasty. My friend had the linguini with lemon and spinach, she loved it! We each had a glass of wine, mine red, her's white. we were both very pleased.
Le Petit Paris is a lovely restaurant, the atmosphere is perfect for special occasions, check it out!
I expected the food to be more flavorful and delicious for the price tag it has. However, it was barely average which was disappointing because I expected more.
Early (5:15pm) dinner for 3 people. The house signature cognac truffle pasta in parmesan cheese really was a delight but the duck confit and lemon linguini were merely satisfactory. Dessert of crime brûlée had top over scorched thus giving the dish a rather bitter finish. Mixed drinks from the bar were quite refreshing. Staff was lovely and very attentive.
Staff was wonderful! I didn’t end up liking one of the cocktails because it was a little sweet for me (Le Provencal?) and they offered to make me something else! Very nice :)
Food was incredible! Ordered the escargot (flavorful and texture was great), truffle pasta (definitely lives up to the hype! A must have), and veal. I will definitely be coming back!
Ambiance was very nice, with friendly service.
Loved the Easter Brunch. Would love to come back for dinner!
It was much like Paris. Beautiful but dirty. Dirty carpet and tiles. Dirty bathrooms. Broken trash can upstairs bathroom. Cheesy pink soap???! Can’t have an upscale place like
That have cheap pink soap in a cheap bottle - kind that you find in a public toilet or airport bathroom. Our server from Serbia was a sweetheart though and the desserts were yummy. Scrambled eggs a bit dry. Salmon tartare was good as well as lamb. Lovely EASTER BRUNCH but - clean up a bit eh? The attached cafe is likely where we will go if we go back. That was cute and clean. Love the Fragonard items.
