My friends and I came for brunch, they ordered chicken and waffles, but their waffles were cold, syrup was cold. The cheese was not not melted into her eggs, and the restaurant does not offer a sugar free option for those who cannot have sugar.

Service was meh. There were 4 servers sitting around waiting for tables to be populated. Our server was in charge of the only 2 tables occupied (ours and another) and the WHOLE bar (?). Lovely setting with authentic Indian cuisine. Fresh ingredients with vivid spices.

One of the things missed most during pandemic was eating at Pappas. You can never go wrong. the food and service is always outstanding.

Overall, our experience was pretty good. The only issue we had was the wait time for our food.
