Wayfinder Winery & Farm is a regenerative winery and farm in the heart of Margaret River, seven kilometres from the Indian Ocean. Designed by Kerry Hill Architects, the winery is built into a former turkey-nest dam, giving it natural thermal stability. It's gravity-fed, solar-powered and fully off-grid. Executive Chef Brendan Pratt, formerly of Vasse Felix and The Fat Duck, leads a seasonal, garden-led menu drawn from the on-site market garden, matched to the full Wayfinder and Swell Season ranges by the glass or bottle. The vines are certified organic, 37 hectares farmed without synthetic sprays. Five minutes from Cowaramup township and twenty from Margaret River, you can taste among the vines, wander the market garden and take in works by Lindy Lee, Tjawina Porter and Lajos Varga throughout the space.     Lovely environment and view out to the vineyards. We enjoyed a 2 course menu and glass of wine each. Entrees were both lovely and good size, mains were also generous ( lamb beautifully cooked and snapper outstanding !) Sides are a good portion to share between 2. Service was relaxed, but knowledgeable and not intrusive. Cellar door exterior was great. Team were excellent and very knowledgeable again. Highly recommend !

    We had a wonderful afternoon at Clairault. We enjoyed a wine tasting with a friendly , knowledgeable lady who looked after us very well. The three course lunch was delicious and there was plenty of variety to choose from. We will definitely be back next time we are in the region. The winery grounds are also impressive
