Always wonderful eating here. Food is fantastic, staff is friendly and attentive.

Incredible food and service. By far the best in San Joaquin valley. Food is comparable to the Kitchen in Sacramento. Wish the music playing was more rat pack style. Gives you the feeling of being in a restaurant from the Goodfellas. Definitely deserves a Michelin star rating.  Meal. Starter- garlic bread with mozzarella and caviar Appetizer-Stuffed squash blossoms Main-16 oz waygu steak with a Side of green(roasted carrots) Pan seared scallops Drinks-black manhattan, old fashion and a pink tuxedo.

We had an incredible experience at Pietro’s! The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was fantastic from beginning to end. Everything was wonderful, and the staff made us feel so welcome. It’s always a pleasure to enjoy a great meal with such outstanding service. We will definitely be back and highly recommend Pietro’s!

JT IS THE GREATEST!!! Everything else was amazing (as usual), too. Crab cakes were fresh and moist inside, perfectly golden crunchy on the outside, vegetable soup was nice (could have been a little hotter) Poached Salmon & Bavette were both perfectly cooked and seasoned, with all sides and sauces harmoniously augmenting the stars of each dish. Pluot crostata was crunchy, not overly sweet, and delicious. This was one of the top 3 if not 2 meals we’ve ever had here over the course of the past 5 years. Oh, also, did we mention JT is Awesome? Our server Jaylen B was outstanding. He was busy yet still very attentive and upbeat. He was polite, courteous and did not forget anything we asked for. We had 2 Birthdays and he was on top of that right after our meals. He was great and I would have him be a trainer for his peers on how to greet, serve, compliment and stay professional with a smile. Jaylen if you decide to continue serving think upscale and you earned what I gave you over the 22% and a great review. Job well done, your hospitality was flawless.
