In 2009 del Prado teamed up with his mentor, Isaac Becker, to open Bar La Grassa in the North Loop.     This place is a find❗️ Varied dinner menu from homemade soups, fab salads, lots of vegetable sides, to steaks and salmon and chops. Quiet enough to enjoy diner conversations! Lovely booths for privacy and comfort. Great lunch menu, too, with always delicious burgers, sandwiches, salads, soups, etc. Can eat a little or a lot, depending how hungry you are. Service consistently heat as is food quality. Z. Accommodating chefs and servers. Can’t say enough good about Milwaukee Road!!!

    Very good food, nice stop to end my day. The wait staff was wonderful and the food was excellent. I haven’t had Thai food in a long time, and it hit the spot. The place was clean. And hostess was great. Would definitely stop here again. Thank you for a great meal for my birthday week. Dana 😊
