We feature our own local farm fresh eggs from our 44 chickens that live on our two acre garden ranch.     Being from Las Vegas, we are used to very good dining and great food. Who knew that such a fantastic place like Pig's Ear American Bistro would be in Hurricane, Utah?!? A very unassuming place with a casual vibe that has some amazing food. What we ate was just incredible. We loved the Prawns appetizer, the Wedge Salad, Pork Chop and Fruitti De mare pasta. They even had the nerve to have some amazing desserts. ( Key Lime Pie and Creme Brûlée) It was such a treat to discover such great food in a small town in Utah. ( This was our second visit). Thank you for the evening ( Our Anniversary) and please keep producing amazing meals!

    My partner is vegan so when we were seated, the manager came and spoke with us about the menu and made suggestions for him. We ordered a Caesar salad for me without anchovies and when it showed up it was full leaves of romaine with croutons and Caesar dressing that was so good! My partner ordered Spicy Vodka Rigatoni and enjoyed it quite a bit! I ordered Creamy Mushroom Gnocchi and it was fabulous! My partner ordered an alcoholic drink that had 3 coffee beans in it and he said it was sweet and really liked it. I have diabetes so we didn’t have dessert because the gnocchi had already spiked my glucose. Our waiter was super friendly and helpful and our water glasses were kept filled.
