Very good Italian food , well located in the centre of town. Good service and atmosphere. We will be back next time in Canberra.

From the first bite to the last, it was clear that the kitchen takes immense pride in its craft. Each ingredient tasted fresh and thoughtfully paired, with seasoning and textures executed to perfection. The menu offered a delightful variety and every recommendation from the staff was spot-on! Speaking of staff! The service at Chop Chop was truly unmatched. Friendly, attentive and genuinely passionate about what they do, the team went above and beyond to ensure our evening was seamless. Their knowledge of the menu and willingness to cater to our preferences made the experience feel personal and relaxed. It’s rare to find a place that delivers so consistently on all fronts, food, service and atmosphere, but Chop Chop absolutely nailed it. It wasn’t just a dinner; it was a spectacular night that left us already planning our next visit. Five stars, without hesitation.
