    I chose the Discovery menu to experience the artistic creativity of the meal. Not only was the presentation outstanding, the flavours and different textures of the dishes made me swoon. Sam, my Sommelier for the evening, treated me as a connaisseur (which I am) but which is not always recognized. This increased my enjoyment. I learned a lot about the wines paired with the dishes. To me, learning is part of the whole experience. The service was attentive, subtle, not overwhelming. The overall ambiance was of a subdued chicness.
