    We ate here for my Husband’s Birthday while visiting the area. We had called into the Creamery on a Saturday which at that time was very busy, as was the cafe and restaurant however on returning for the meal on a Thursday it was much calmer and quieter. I had emailed the restaurant in advance to advise it was a special occasion and they seated us at a lovely window table with great views. The menu is a little limited, and obviously ‘cheese related’ however we all enjoyed our main meals and also had puddings. The portion sizes were generous and we felt good value for money. All staff were friendly and we never waited too long for drinks or our food. We didn’t have the cheese afternoon tea but did see other diners and it looked lovely. Would definitely visit again.

    The restaurant is small and run by a friendly chef. He does everything himself, the welcome, the preps, the orders, the cooking, the waiting on and taking payment. He is pretty amazing to achieve it all. The food is well prepared and home made and delicious.
