Born in a family with a passion for Gastronomy and Oenology, we opened our first French Wine Bistro, Cepage[s], in Notting Hill, London in 2014. Driven by the success of Cepage[s], my father Felix Cohen, who lives in Grenoble (French Alpes), came with the idea to open an authentic french cuisine restaurant in El Paso. Our concept is to create a cozy atmosphere, featuring delicious bistro style sharable appetizers and classic popular dishes from diverse regions in France paired with a great selection of wines and cocktails. Our name, Entrecôte, is a very popular Ribeye Steak dish served in bistros and specialty restaurant in France. We are very exited to start this new adventure and offer a unique experience to El Pasoans and visitors from out of town.

    The food was excellent. Nice restaurant. We celebrated our granddaughter’s 17th birthday. The waiter needs training on addressing patrons. You shouldn’t be addressed as “Guys” when dining at a high end restaurant. Our 17 year old granddaughter ordered a Shirley Temple which is a nonalcoholic beverage. The bar tender put vodka in her drink. We naturally sent it back. More care she be used when serving minors. When I got home I noted on the itemized bill that I was charged twice for one of the deserts. Overall good experience. I will be back.

    Millie was our server and she did a tremendous job. She was very attentive and did not miss a thing in our order. My wife had the medallions, my daughter the lobster, and I had the fillet minion. All were cooked perfectly and delicious. Deserts were fabulous and the cocktails my wife and daughter had were terrific with the bartender coming to our table to ensure they were done to their liking. We will be back.
