Upon opening the initial establishment in 2004, Wolfgang Zwiener had spent years learning his craft, drawing upon his knowledge to create steakhouse perfection. Since then, the team have grown across the globe, and there are currently 24 restaurants in total.We only serve USDA Prime Black Angus steak, which we dry-age onsite in every restaurant for a period of 28 days. All beef produced in the United States must go through several layers of strict inspection by the USDA, and only certain products will qualify for one of 8 categories.     Our experience at Oshi was amazing we have been before but first time with our daughter and son in-law. Food was amazing and staff made us feel comfortable. Atmosphere was great. We loved it.

    Worth Every Minute Warm welcome, wonderful service, and food to match. We started with the burrata and Finocchiona, both fresh and full of flavor. The Risotto ai Gamberi was rich and silky with sweet prawns, the Sogliola di Dover alla Griglia was delicate and perfectly grilled, and the Agnello al Marsala was tender with a deep, glossy sauce. The staff were attentive without hovering, and it’s clear the whole team takes pride in what they do. Outstanding Italian cooking and an evening we didn’t want to end. We’ll be back.
