A very predictable experience. We typically go at least once a week when in PD. Highly recommend. If you are pressed for time, they are also very efficient with take-away but it is suggested that you order early as if they get too busy, they do suspend the take-away option.

Great combination of flavour with herbs and seeds trough my Ceviche. Would I preferred a whit fish instead of salmon? Probably yes with some lime juice to give it more acidity to cure the fish further. A bowl with lemon slice and water would have been appreciated to clean up my wife hands after eating seafood. The service was good and friendly, the meat was outstanding and prices was in line with what to expect in Port Douglas. Would come back again.
