The menu at Essence offers themed seasonal courses.     Dined here on a combination 30 year anniversary and daughter’s college graduation bucket list trip. The service was exceptional (thanks Sai), the food was amazing and the sake was the perfect pairing. First time trying Kobe beef and it did not disappoint. It was nice having a private dining space. You won’t be disappointed.
