Have dined here several times and never had any reason to complain. The staff are friendly and attentive. The food is always beautifully prepared, cooked, presented and delivered in really quick time. Fresh and delicious, good wines and axceptional dessert choices. WOW has maintained it's quality and service and it's easy to see why it is best to book. Great parking, lovely surroundings and an outdoor dining option. We will be back!!!

I took my daughter to stay at the Villas for her 10th Birthday for the weekend. I booked us dinner at Link's restaurant. I organised a cake a dropped it to them early, which was no hassle to them at all. Asked if I'd like them to sing her Happy birthday and gave her name. My daughter and her friend really wanted a mocktail to celebrate her special day, and although none were on the drinks menu, the staff went above and beyond and made one especially for them with added special touches. As well as when they came out with the cake hanging happy birthday, they had added special touches again and no cost to us. Service was amazing and I could not recommend them highly enough for anyone else who is thinking of having a special occasion dinner here. Thank you for making my daughters night special.

Now Launceston has a restaurant that is really cool, not old-style and ordinary. Felix is a welcoming, relaxed place (even the staff were relaxed whilst giving great friendly service) with excellent food and drinks.
