Beautiful diner, excellent service and amazing food ! New Jersey is the diner capital of the world and no diner does it consistently better than Tops !

First time and we loved this neighborhood spot! Food is as good as it looks in pictures. Our server was attentive, helpful and kind. The only reason I deducted one star is because when we arrived with a reservation, we were told the wait was 45min. The host made no attempt to accommodate us. Fortunately another host stepped in and we were able to get seated without having to wait. The music and vibe was fun and our server turned the evening around and made it a positive experience. I would definitely go back!

My hubby and I enjoyed such a beautiful and romantic date night at Legacy 27, and the experience was absolutely unforgettable! From the intimate atmosphere to the amazing hospitality, everything was just perfect. A special shoutout to Donson for the incredible recommendations and outstanding service!The Jollof rice paired with the lamb chops was definitely the star of the night packed with flavor and absolutely delicious! And if you haven't tried the Sweet Nothing cocktail you're missing out! It's a must-try! Legacy 27 truly knows how to create a memorable dining experience. We loved every moment and will definitely be back! 10/10 for the food, service, and romantic vibes.
