The restaurant is situated on the 28 floor of the Grand Hotel Millennium Sofia. It offers a good selection of dishes with an asian fusion twist. They use Miso in various dishes including desserts. We had Miso soup and Tuna steak served with seasame seeds. Profiteroles for dessert with 3 pastries all made with different ingredients, the miso one was particularly delicious. The restaurant has a very comprehensive wine list with some great super tuscans. The service was relaxed and the young waiter that served us had good product knowledge and looked after us very well. Prices are good for the quality service and location. Certainly Spectrum deserves a visit whilst in Sofia. We, will return.

We went to the restaurant with my family specifically to taste their Peking duck, as the only place in Sofia we found serving it. The restaurant turned out to be a lovely surprise- quiet music, excellent service, delicious food, nice garden at the back for the smokers. Not the traditional Asian place we had expected. The duck was really nice although served bit differently from what we've ever had before abroad. We tried multiple other dishes from the menu from starters to dessert, guided by our waiter's kind recommendations and all were delicious. The place is cozy though quite big and very good for both quiet family dinner or bigger event. We can recommend and will certainly return. Next time to try their meats selection which also seems appealing.

Sense is the best rooftop bar to enjoy a drink and eat some good food with a breathtaking view.The staff were warm and very kind.Hughly recommend if you are in Sofia
