    My wife and I tried Committee Chophouse for our 25th year wedding anniversary. Zane, was an excellent server. He went was attentive, gave us great information on what was available on the menu, and had a wonderful sense of humor. The food was excellent from the chef inspired cucumber jalapeno appetizer, to the Asparagus chili soup, the food was excellent. The room was a little loud once it started to fill in, but it wasn't overwhelming.
