Restaurants near Dodge Ridge Ski Resort

We ate here twice and both times service was great and the food delicious. Traveling with my grandson, I especially appreciated the good choices on the kids menu. I’d rate it best spot in the park. We stayed at the ahwaknee - but their 5 course dinner is a turn off with kids and the Mediterranean menu in the lounge is weird.

The server Alec was extremely polite, respectful, kind, we had a window seat with view of the forest and deers passed by our window. The forager omelette was well portioned and very tasty. The server's assistant Ivan was pleasant & kind to warm up my cappuccino. Alec supported all our needs and food customization as needed since we were both vegetarians. We had the best breakfast of our 3 Day stay in Yosemite valley. Easily a 5-star unique experience.

The food was amazing. The small, shared plates were a wonderful dining experience. Our waiter Justin was great! Highly recommend !

Great restaurant with delicious food! Such a great place to stay and so close to Yosemite. Very kid friendly and loved the facilities!

Aroma Tavern at Kit Carson Lodge, Silver Lake, has had unexpectedly great food this summer! Inconsistent quality is a hallmark of mountain resort restaurants, but Aroma Tavern was a welcome exception. We ate there several times and, each time, had to have the Mexican Corn Dip appetizer, a bubbling hot, creamy and spicy concoction filled with fresh corn kernels. We ordered a fish entree each time and it was always perfectly prepared and nestled in an avocado green goddess sauce. Fingerling potatoes and fresh green vegetables rounded out the meal. Desserts of Mexican hot chocolate pot de creme and blackberry cobbler were scrumptious and the perfect ending to the meal. I hope that this year's excellent cook returns next summer!
