    Positively THE best filets in the NOLA area. Perfectly seasoned to exact level of "doneness" & served on a sizzling hot plate. Chef Carmine makes Bernaise the French way - all from scratch - & it's divine. Lyonnaise potatoes were yummy. Ditto the caesar salad and, of course, the cheesecake. Everything here is made on the premises & it certainly reflects in the outstanding food quality! Waitstaff excellent, as well. Can't wait to try some of the other enticing selections with future visits as this is now one of our favorite restaurants. Location in Metairie makes is a welcome relief, as well!
