Steak was amazing, kangaroo was cooked perfectly and the bugs were beautifully prepared. Perhaps the best food in Hervey Bay.

We had an awesome night. The food was excellent especially the sticky date. The staff were very attentive and across our needs. The food arrived in a timely fashion . We will be back

Roast lamb and vegetables was disappointing because their was one half of potato more pumpkin and carrots

We had a give voucher from a friend and used it last night. I was very surprised by the age of the young waitress, but pretty sure this is a family run business. Mind you, she was very enthusiastic, confident young lady, (something that the generation a little older than her, could use a lesson in) :) The food was just lovely and so were the rest of the staff. For an entre, I had the warm olives, very generous serving and yummy. My husband had the calamari, again very generous serving. For mains we had the pork and I had vegetarian pizza, but they put salami on it for me. hahahaha. Absolutely lovely. I decided to try the red wine "Brothers at war" Shiraz. My goodness, what a divine drop of red that is. Overall our experience was very positive and we will be back. Thank you Barrel n Vine for a lovely night.
