Our server guided us through the menu and made suggestions to balance your choices across courses. The black rice with monkfish was exceptional, and something I had never tried before. The chef also checked in to ensure we were satisfied with our experience, and you could tell he takes a lot of pride in his work. I’d highly recommend as a capstone experience, especially if you have walked the Camino (as we had) and are looking to indulge at the end of your trip in Santiago. Everything was very good, starting with our young waiter who spoke english and was able to explain the whole thing for us. The menu included 3 types of 1st course with steak, mussels and a charcuterie board. Way to much food for us. 2nd course was a nicely done steak with creamy mushroom sauce. After that we had locally made cheesecake, espresso and local Christmas desserts like turron and cookies.
