Callie represents Chef Travis Swikard's debut solo project after spending a decade working alongside the esteemed Chef Daniel Boulud in New York City.     The service I received from Lyis & the staff was INCREDIBLE! I was able to meet the chefc& the manager stopped by to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. The food was TOP TIER! Steak was tender, the scallops melted in your mouth, the soup was PACKED with flavor. I will be returning.

    We went with a couple friends who had not been to Callie before. Ordered multiple items - babaganoush, bolognese papardelle, carrots, leeks with black truffle, aleppo chicken, patatas bravas, and the steak. Loved everything but the steak - was a bit underwhelming in both size and flavor. The chicken was a standout as were the carrots and the papardelle. Drinks were on point on service was impeccable. Can't wait to return.

    this place is awesome. I was very surprised at how delicious the burger parisienne was - and the house whiskey smash! the roast chicken was great too. the happy hour deals were awesome and the staff was great. we live downtown and have to say, some of the best executed cocktails in the city and we’ve been looking for a while!
