The epitome of fine dining, the Sage Room at Caesars Republic is a place where great memories are made and will be treasured for years to come. We arrived at 5pm for their Early Bird Special, and were warmly greeted at the door by Frank, their elegant and gracious GM. Jeremy, our friendly and prompt waiter, seated us at a table that featured a 180 degree view of the lake while Carlos provided backup with huge smiles and the most pleasant demeanor imaginable. Amazing service, easily some of the best I’ve experienced. The Early Bird Special includes a soup or salad and a dessert with an entree, making it one of the best deals on the lake. My wife had an AMAZING butternut squash soup (a special that night), while I had a classic Caesar salad with anchovies on the side. I ordered the prime rib which arrived a perfect medium rare and full of flavor with the charred edges I adore, while my wife’s Chilean sea bass had a fantastic tajin seasoning that highlighted the crust of the fish that enveloped the moist, meltingly delicious meat underneath. For dessert we had the huckleberry gelato and an oven-crisp crème brûlée. Do yourself and favor and join Frank and his team for dinner on the lake. I assure you it will be one of the more memorable meals you’ll ever have.

Excellent service from start to finish. Lobster Cobb was to die for. Our daughter loved her kids fish and chips. The smores dessert was the best dessert we've ever had. We will be back!

As a fan of the show, I was worried that HK might be a bit overhyped. I was wrong! The crispy skin salmon entree was wonderful and perfectly cooked. Paired with the Riesling - chef’s kiss! Though the dining room was pretty full, it was not loud and very comfortable. The service was amazing. Excellent dining experience!

Nothing missing in this dining experience! The food was as good as the excellent view of Lake Tahoe from the second floor dining room (there are other options on the first floor and outdoor patio). Our server Michael was friendly and efficient. Just an all round amazing dinner!

Allayjah was wonderful and provided top-tier service, an excellent example for her apprentice that shadowed her on our visit. She made great recommendations for us, digging into what our preferences were, and helping us make the right pairings in our meal. The food, as always, was amazing. We ordered the halibut and lobster risotto as well as the swordfish and mango rice for our main entrees and were delighted by both. The coconut shrimp as always was wonderful and the lava cake is a staple desert we always look forward to. Big thanks, again, to Allayjah as well as the whole Chart House team for making our 10th Anniversary dinner such a great experience.
