Food very good, service friendly, helpful and polite. Tables a little close if you want a romantic evening.

We booked this as a couple for a Christmas night out staff were welcoming and prompt showing us to our table attentive in service but also giving us time time to choose service was good and no pressure to leave the table - would recommend

Really don't know what has happened to Chester La Tasca. Went on Sat evening, place half full, no atmosphere, sticky tables, wonky chairs and big tv on the wall. Food was really bad, sent 2 cold dishes back. Asked for bill quickly and went for pudding and coffee in a lovely place across the road. Will not be going back.
