Treat your taste buds: Explore Kyoto restaurants

The hospitality and service was top notch, friendly very sophisticated but relaxed which is difficult to find in Japan. I ate alone and had a beautiful room to myself but with a view of the teppanyaki chef who checked on me throughout the meal to make sure it was to my liking via head nods etc. The food was impeccable, beautiful playing and exquisite flavor. Adventurous but not strange. I did the course menu for 13K Yen and it was perfect. Highly recommended, great if traveling alone or with children or your significant other. MoreOpenTable Diner -
Outstanding dining in Kyoto. The chefs are very friendly and were great to talk to at the kitchen counter where we were seated and observed them cook. One of most intimate meals we have had and a memory we will savor. Note that apple maps does not have the correct location but google does. MoreOpenTable Diner -
The “Otsu-Migaki” polished high ceiling provide a sense of spaciousness. Annexed is a restaurant from which guests can enjoy a beautiful view of greenery outside the large windows.
The restaurant’s cuisine is overseen by the La Bombance restaurant in Nishiazabu, Tokyo, which has been Michelin-starred for ten consecutive years since 2008. La Bombance, which attracts gourmets in Tokyo and Hong Kong with creative cuisine, uses an abundance of ingredients from Kyoto to create original new dishes that can only be savored here. Based on traditional Japanese dishes, the restaurant daringly and freely wields its imagination beyond any given genre to produce elegance.
Guests staying at the hotel may enjoy the restaurant from breakfast through dinner. And since lunch and dinner are also served to people who are not staying with us, we look forward to celebrating special occasions with you, from business meetings to family gatherings and anniversaries.More
A refined and non inexpensive cuisine in the wonderful Gion Quarter in Kyoto for which you have to preselect the menue without any possibility of choosing anything different if you are more than one. The tasty dishes are served very quickly one after the other as if you had a train or an airplane to catch. For a date or simply a dinner with a person dear to you there are certainly more romantic alternatives, set apart the fact that the dining room - in a basement - is not the most interesting sight you may have encountered so far. This said, one can only highlight the excellent quality and tastiness of the food. MoreOpenTable Diner -
