I love this restaurant. The servers are friendly and go out of their way to help. Food is consistently delicious. It's like a neighbor hood place to go any night of the week. And when the weather cooperates the outside dining is really nice too.

We love this place. Have been coming for years. The best calamari we have ever had. Always unfailingly satisfying. Might not be the most elegant romantic place for a date night, but perfect in every other way. The service is great. Gluten free request is usually doable, and it is just as good as regular options.

They got my order wrong the first time, but did remake it and comped me 1/2 the price. Appreciated that. The side of broccoli was terrible. Just steamed and dumped on the plate -- no seasoning, nothing. The appetizer and remade fish were delicious.

We were treated with care from the time we arrived to the moment we left. The food was amazing and the Hoosier Sushi Roll is highly recommended. If you have never been here, you owe it to yourself to visit.

You can’t go wrong at Kona Jack’s. The service is always top notch but never stuffy. The food is excellent. There’s something for everyone, even non-seafood eaters. (The beef filet is so tender, you can cut it with a fork.) Kona Jack’s is a family favorite.

We ordered an appetizer and a cup of soup as starters. Our meals came out rather quickly. We had to flag someone down to ask where the "starters" were. The calamari showed up halfway through our entrees. The soup never arrived. We were billed for both: the calamari (ok--it finally arrived; some places might have comp'ed it, but whatever) and the soup (had to have the server remove it from the bill since it never arrived).

We always love Kona Jack's. They have the best calamari in town. The portions are generous and the food is delicious. We don't usually go on Saturday nights as it does get very busy, but despite the crowd, we had a lovely family meal.

The food at Kona Jack's is great, particularly the Walleye and the Grouper. They also make delicious Clam Chowder. Service was very good, although we had to wait 20 minutes for our table even though we had a reservation. It wasn't too noisy, and the food was not over-priced.

We reserved a table for 5 almost 2 weeks in advance. We arrived on time and were squeezed into a 4 top, with one of us sitting in the passageway. There was barely any room for our beverages or the bread. We pointed out it was not a table for 5 and their attitude was “ too bad; that’s all we have unless you want to wait a long time.” We were forced to eat on top of each other, with the person in the passageway being constantly bumped into by waiters and other diners passing by. If we were a walk up it would be one thing, but to make a reservation so far ahead and be treated like cattle is inexcusable. We heard they’re tearing down the building? Maybe that’s why the owner and management obviously don’t care about their diner’s experience any more.
