I took my mother here for her birthday. Our server was kinda slow but overall we had a great experience. Gina did have quite a few tables to juggle but she did her best. Very friendly and clean environment. Would recommend this restaurant to anyone

The lobster and Caesar salad were great. I did not appreciate being passed off instant potatoes as if they were made from scratch for $50. Atmosphere is great, the DJ was terrible, but the place was nice. Our server Gaby was outstanding and kept lobster coming to our table until we were full. I will definitely return as it's a great value for all you can eat lobster locally. I enjoyed my experience and service all in all. There is an 18% gratuity included with meals, so plan accordingly.

Horrible experience. The hostess was terrible right at the start of the evening. The restaurant was not at all clean. Dirty light fixtures, dirty floor, I can only imagine the kitchen. The food taste decent. They didn’t have most of the items advertised on the Miami Spice menu. We waited at least 20 minutes just for water. Ofcouse they automatically add 18% gratuity so they don’t care to be pleasant. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Wasn't too impressed with side dishes. Corn smoochy soggy, for the cost should be at least baked potato not mash. All u eat lobsters warm and yummy. Tiramisu too dry. Overall for the high bill for 2 not worth it.

Anytime I'm in Miami i take advantage of the Lobster Wednesdays at this place. The lobsters are cooked well seasoned, the service is good, the drinks are OK. The price is moderate will run about $140 for two people with two drinks and that includes the tip. I definitely recommend this place. There is Valet parking that is an additional $10.

Amazing! Everything we had hoped for and more!!! The service was beyond excellent and the food was perfection! We knew this was an “all-you-can-eat” offer, but we never had to ask for an additional lobster once! They kept bringing us huge ones, four at a time!!! Even the soup and salad were huge and delicious. Can’t wait to bring all my family and friends back! Great job Kitchen 305! You deserve the highest rating for this gem!

We went on a double date and had heard of the daily promos, Saturday’s being the surf and turf. A petit filet with lobster tail. When we got there at 9:30 pm, the place was empty, the hostess was running out, and the waitress informed us that there was no longer any petit filets left.

We ordered regular filets, they were not cheap, and they were not great. The food was expensive, as was the wine and it didn’t add up to the mediocre food we were sold. We definitely will not be back.

I came for my birthday this Wednesday. I invited two of my friends. The reason I came to the location is because I just celebrated a family member‘s birthday there two weeks earlier. This service at that time was not the best but I associated it with just having a larger party and sometimes with a large amount of people it happens. But for my birthday it was only three of us. The waitress forgot about us multiple times. In addition she took my corn and butter and I hadn’t even touched it. My birthday molten lava cake was ice cold as it had been sitting out for a significant period of time. In addition to that my credit card was charged for an amount of 300+ dollars for no reason. Another charge for $125 when they were trying to correct it even though I left cash. The five was very nice but it was extremely loud. And I believe that’s just not something that you have any control over. So that is understood. But on nights where there are specials such as lobster and crab all you can eat you may need to have more staff. I was so excited about inviting my family and friends to enjoy with me but the service became disappointing. And the large amount charge on my debit card Was very aggravating. Now I still have to go through a dispute process. A charge on your credit card is one thing but a debit card is another as that’s direct access to your funds. The food was very good other than the molten cake and the waiting staff when they were actually available were very nice as well. The plan was to do my sisters birthday there as well and my best friend but I don’t think I wanna deal with the aggravation. And I don’t have extra funds to be charge for no reason.

All the times I been there in Wednesdays every thing have been perfect , till I went on Friday , I got there st 8:40 pm by 9:15 they told me that they run out of food , after driving for over an hour. The waiter had a nasty attitude and they wanted to charge me full price, I will go on Wednesday again , hope that my experience gets better ...☹️☹️

If I could give this place zero stars, I would . We arrived 20 minutes before our reservations. After driving 45 minutes and paying for valet, not to mention arriving two hours before they close, we had went there for the all you can eat lobster. The waitress brought us our appetizer and after waiting for 45 minutes, she comes back to tell us that there is no lobster left. The restaurant was extremely loud and it was upsetting to see other people get refills of lobster bowls while me and my partner were told that there was none left.

I would recommend this place with a few caveats. When we walked up to the hostess stand (without a reservation) we were told they were no longer taking walk-ins but are honoring reservations. So, I pulled up my opentable app and made a reservation for 15 minutes later. We let the hostess know we now had a reservation. She did not believe me and asked that I show her the reservation on my phone and proceeded to be rude. They did seat us about 30 minutes after our reservation. We were there for the lobster madness special on Wednesday nights. Which, according to their website comes with all-you-can- eat lobster, soup or salad, bread and two sides. We had to ask for the bread and never received our salad or side. (I think the corn on the cob counts as one of the sides). So...with all these warnings, proceed with caution but it's a helluva deal.

The volume of the club-like music was EXTREMELY loud--after a few moments, very disturbing and causing the experience to be less positive. We went to eat the all that you can eat king crab legs. Firstly, they are boiled--not steamed. A little water-logged, the shells a little bit soft (so the 'cracker' was not all that useful there). I ate. My companion are the first dish and then stopped, unhappy with the legs. Our server, Gina, was very gracious and apologized and offered another meal item, but he did not take the offer. The manager later came by the table and apologized for not making the diner happy with his choice. Upon reviewing our check, the manager had changed the "all you can eat" pricing to a "one meal serving" and credited our bill the difference--nice touch. I will return.
