Kanagawa's best restaurants based upon thousands of OpenTable diner reviews
"The concept is based on Korean traditional “pojagi” patchwork wrapping cloths made of a combination of fragments of colourful pieces of material, which since ancient times have been powerful symbols of luck. Just like pojagi, this restaurant surrounds its customers with good fortune, and hopes to make them happy with classic Toraji food. The interior, mostly private rooms, enables customers to enjoy their yakiniku [barbecued beef] without worrying about disturbing the people on the next table. The counter and booths, overlooking the dramatic night view of Yokohama, make a more romantic setting – choose where you would like to sit according to the occasion."More
We recently celebrated our second wedding anniversary at Salone 2007 and couldn't have been more impressed. We discovered the restaurant while browsing Open Table on the train into the city and a table was confirmed for us within an hour. Given the quality of the meal and preparation level of the dishes we found their ability to accommodate the late reservation to be highly impressive. Each dish was exquisitely prepared and unlike anything my wife or I had previously experienced. The head chef greeted us before and after the meal to ensure we were satisfied and even included an anniversary message in white chocolate on our dessert plate! The entire dining experience was an incredible finish to an amazing day. Salone 2007 earns our strongest recommendation. MoreOpenTable Diner -
