Seems like the menu has changed some since last year. Service was pretty good. Prices are a little high for what you get.
Slow, terrible service, ok food if it gets to you hot..
We were greeted at the door immediately and led to our table. Service was fast, frequent and very nice. Both the waiter and a server checked on our coffee and water multiple times.
We had a reservation but I don’t think the restaurant paid any attention to it, as the table wasn’t ready when we arrived and we had to wait for them to put tables together and set it up. Food was okay.
Went into the establishment without any greeting had to flag down the only waiter and had menus thrown on the table without being even served water and after waiting 10 minutes the waiter never came back and we left, also a side note we were one of only 2 parties in the establishment
Great place for business lunch meetings.
Great menu choices, easy-going staff. Slight shift in menu item accommodated by the kitchen. Sat where we wanted as soon as we arrived.
Nice place to meet up and chat and have a nice lunch. I had fish and chips and was happy with the fish.
Initially service was pathetic. We waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged and receive menus and another 15 minutes before finally Carrie came over and took over our table. The older balding waiter didn’t seem to care the customers were waiting for him. Even cleared another table even after we asked him if we could order. It wasn’t busy so there was no excuse for the horrible service. But once Carrie took our table she was fantastic! Very attentive and made the experience much better. But we were prepared to walk out after waiting 25 minutes if she had not come to our table. If it wasn’t for her it would definitely have been a once and done. The wait staff on a Sunday morning need to waking up.
Prices are high but it’s a good location for lunch. I would like to see the restaurant reduce their prices and extend their menu.
Great menu choices! Good food and wait staff, and one could easily get in/out for a lunch. My group enjoyed their time away from the office.
We had a reservation. Seated fairly promptly. Service was terrible. Waiter took forever to even come to take our order. Then 30 minutes for food to arrive (salad and sandwich). Waiter never came back to fill water or tea. Had to flag him down again to get the bill. Food is usually good here, service is mixed.
There was literally no one there. No one there to greet us and no one in the restaurant at all. Thankfully, there was a better local restaurant nearby that was happy for our business.
Really dead for a holiday weekend, practically with tumbleweed blowing by, which was a bit surprising, but I guess that part of downtown doesn't have much energy on a Sunday morning.
Food was pretty good, but we waited an unusually long time for it, considering how few parties were in the restaurant. Though the prices weren't too high, some items had a pretty scant amount of food for the cost. There was just a single slice of toast for the avocado toast.
There were only three parties in the restaurant Our waitress was terrible. She took our order and never came back. Food was under cooked. Had to flag down other staff. Table was dirty. Overall terrible experience
The food was great (especially the Flathead [y'all would make that an entree]) but the best part was the service, our waitress was extremely nice and made the whole experience 100 times better!
I had the halibut with coconut black rice and it was delicious! It was my first time at this restaurant. The hostess, who took our order and also who brought us our food, was very short and not friendly. The hostess seemed unhappy with her job! We had a waitress who sat us down at the table but for some reason the hostess took our order and brought us food. I wanted some fresh ground peppers for my fish but had to wait a long time before I could get someone's attention. By that time, I had already eaten half of my lunch. That's the reason I gave it 2 stars for the service.
We were served water once at the beginning and bottom up when we were waiting for the food and chatting. Until we were done eating and be ready to leave, we were asked if we need more water. (we did not order any other drink). We expected more water. I still tipped 15%+ but next time I would tip less.
This is the second time I have had a business lunch at Juno. The first one was more impressive. This time our lunch was at 2:00 so just after the lunch rush and it seemed we were more of an inconvenience. The food was okay, I ordered the Juno Chop and the cous cous was in clumps. I am sure I will be back because of the convenient location, just don’t think I would recommend it.
Great place for lunch or an impromptu after work happy hour
lovely lunch salads, the service here is always gracious and good.
I had both a lunch and a dinner at Juno. The service was really great. It was quite busy at lunch but still got very good service. At dinner the restaurant was quite empty, but it made for a nice quiet dinner. The food was very good. I very much recommend this restaurant!
Server was rude and obviously overwhelmed with checks.
Limited menu choices. Prices are slightly higher for the quality and the quantity of the dish. Wait staff friendly and service great.
The seafood paella was delicious! It's hard to find private dining downtown with reasonable prices. I recommend JUNO for work-related meals.
Everything was great!
Surprised over how long we had to wait to get our order in, made, and especially concerned with the wait time on getting the check and getting out of there. Not a full restaurant and Friday business lunch time, has to be better
The server seemed unaware she was working. She had no knowledge of specials and seemed uninterested in even helping us order food.
Fantastic customer service and excellent food. I love bring my friends to Juno's!
We had a wonderful lunch. Our first waiter was a bit slow. But about 3 PM - a waiter came on who was surperb! Wish I had written down his name.
Juno has original menu options as well as more traditional selections, and always avdining adventure.
Ambiance, service, drinks all good. Food was o.k., depending. Curry Beef soup was great, lamb and steak just o.k. Great place overall, but would not recommend for the food in general.
Our visit went from bad to worse. It took over 20 minutes for someone to take our order. It was nearly 40 minutes later before we got our meal. We had theatre tickets and figured having almost 2 hours to have dinner would have been enough - wrong. Once we received our dinners, we had to rush through our food and really couldn't finish them. Also, although a Seahawks game had just finished - the restaurant was not crowded.
I had the grilled pork chop which the menu described as: "Pan Fried Pork Chop, roasted apples, tamarind glaze, toasted spinach dumplings, sautéed greens". One would assume singular and it did not state it was boneless which in fact was 2 boneless pork chops that were overcooked. There were no apples to be found on the plate and if someone toasted those dumplings, I was hard pressed to see that - they were doughy. There were no sautéed greens but rather a squash medley which restaurants are so fond of. The plate was also a mess - you couldn't tell where one side was from the other with the Tamarind glaze from the pork chops over everything - not appetizing at all. My dinner date had a sautéed chicken and no where in the description did it say it included raw tomatoes which to which she is allergic. Again, the plate was a mess but at least hers tasted good.
We used the Valet parking for the hotel and was told we could pay with our dinner check and get a discount on the parking. We asked twice to have it done and it was never done - we had to leave to make our show time and had to pay for the full parking at the hotel. The waiter never checked on us after he delivered our meal. There didn't seem to be an urgency to anything even after we stated we needed to make a performance. I would not recommend or return here.
Admittedly, I went on Xmas Day -- I appreciate them being open -- but was disappointed because they were sold out of a few items on the prefixed menu. The food was good however, and it was a cute space. I would like to go back when it isn't a holiday.
Big plates and good service
Food was great, service was not. Never asked us if we wanted drinks or how the food was. When we asked for some cold water they added 2 small ice cubes to existing drink.
Last year, we celebrated our son’s move from Washington, DC to a large law firm located in the Columbia Tower next door. We decided to celebrate again this year at JUNO and had the same amazing waitress and great food. Waited too long to get a table fireside as there was a Christmas party, and ended up with a nearby booth. Plan on making this an annual event.
Halibut was over cooked and fishy, Cesar salad was overdressed and over cheesed. No pepper offered, Had to ask for bread 3 times, it came with entre not salads.
Waiter did not even comment about how little I ate nor that I refused to take it home, pasta dish was better, but paying $19 valet on top for a terrible meal adds insult to injury. Won’t be back.
Thanksgiving menu wasnt yhr best. But the service was good and restaurant had a good atmosphere
Juno is ideal for a quick business lunch - service was prompt and efficient and food is good so long as you don’t go too fusion. The decor needs a bit of an update but it is comfortable and quiet if you want to have a good conversation.
