This place was fantastic, not the most entertaining chef I'd ever seen but the food was wonderful. You could go her for a moderately cheap date or you could spend $200 easy. It all depends on your taste.

Love this restaurant! It’s our first choice for all special occasion dinners. The food is wonderful, whether it’s sushi or hibachi! The chefs are excellent at what they do. Wait staff won’t let your glass go empty and bend over backwards to make everything perfect. This last visit was our 47th anniversary and we were presented with a chocolate sundae to share for dessert. Looking forward to our next visit sooner rather than later!

Excellent service. I really enjoyed eating at their fine dining establishment and while the addition of a few dozen lava lamps might have created a more interesting decor, I thought the place was great.

I said in the reservation details that it was my boyfriend’s birthday and they brought him ice cream and snag to him.

Jinbeh has been around for a long time. I have been going for many years. This is a local joint and not so fancy. The sushi and hibachi have always been very good. I love the sprouts they serve with the hibachi vegetables. I also like their ginger hibachi sauce better, it is not as sweet as other restaurants.

This location has always been our favorite. We relocated and haven't been in a while. Now the food is overly salty and otherwise flavorless. They try to squeeze as many people at a table as possible, not caring at all about social distancing. Also, the manager was by far the absolute rudest person I have even encountered. We had a member of our party running late, we sat down and ordered for him, nothing was delayed by him. The manager told us we would need to get up and wait until our party was complete, after we were already seated. Then he told us later that he should have refused service to us. We had 6 people in our party and the tables hold 7. Two on each side and three along the back. He was rude and tried to sit 2 additional people at our table. I have never experienced such a lack of customer service, especially from a "manager". Not only that, just a complete lack of respect for another person. We used to frequent this location two to three times a month. I will never go back and will take every opportunity to let anyone who wants to know how far this place has fallen.

Jinbeh (Lewisville location) has been our favorite Hibachi restaurant for at least 20 years. The food is consistently flavored and cooked and we always enjoy it.

This was the 1st time my adult kids and I have been here. Tito was our cook. He was great! The food was delicious and the service was outstanding! Our glasses stayed full the whole night. Definitely recommend the Lewisville location to everyone!

Our hibachi chef was very underwhelming, especially since we were a party of 8 with kids celebrating a birthday.

So glad we listened to the reviews and visited Jinbeh tonight! Tito, our hibachi chef was incredible - great personality and wonderful food! The service was terrific and the food perfectly done. Highly recommend for a special occasion or just a terrific meal!

Overall, I had a great experience. We went for my birthday. We were able to get a table to ourselves. Cooks and staff had marks. Food was good. The only thing I would say is offer spicy hot oil and garlic as options.

Walked in to an almost full restaurant where there was no social distancing did not eat there. Restaurants are supposed to be at 50% this was definitely not.

Anniversary

We went for my husbands birthday celebration. The food was fabulous and we were treated like royalty and it was our first visit ever! We will most definitely go back very soon! Thank you!

Dont expect them to honor the time you made the reservation for. They tried to say it was due to lack of chefs because of the COVID, but they did this to us late last year. Jyst an FYI
