Jacky's Waterplace Restaurant (Downtown, Providence)

Checked out Jacky’s for Providence Restaurant week and we had a blast! Food was fantastic.

Food was great! Service was extremely slow and the bar was back up

Food and service are always excellent here! My dad is handicapped so I added a couple of special requests to our reservation. The hostess went out of her way to accommodate, which was awesome! Highly recommend!

We enjoyed a birthday dinner for my daughter here. Beautiful restaurant, very clean and lots of space between tables. The sushi was outstanding!

We arrived very early for our reservation and they were able to accommodate us immediately. The service was attentive and warm. The food was amazing. Chicken was cooked perfectly, dragon delux was super delicious and we finished the evening with triple chocolate cake. In between all our courses, we enjoyed specialty cocktails and they were delicious!

Go to Jackie’s every Christmas Eve. With girlfriends. It’s so nicely decorated and feels festive. The service was excellent and the bartender makes the BEST espresso martini! We will be back this winter

Excellent food and service as always!

Always great food in all categories. Consistently excellent service. Great tor lunch though we usually go for dinner. Scallops on vermicelli are always a favorite along with great sushi /beautifully plated. We will continue to come back.

Took a star off from overall experience as I feel social distancing could’ve been better. I was seated in an area where most of the tables were occupied, whereas other areas were empty.

We had a great time at Jacky's over the weekend. The food options were plentiful and delicious. Easy complimentary valet was just the icing on the cake. We will certainly look to come again in the future.

This is, without a doubt, one of the BEST places to eat in Providence. And, the best sushi/Asian fusion. Excellent good, Fantastic and Friendly staff (shoutout to Makenzie, our waitress!)...I can never say enough good things about Jacky's. I go at least once a month with my dude.

We were there at lunch time in Saturday. It was pretty quiet. Food was outstading as always

Beautiful place with great views of water. When firewater event are going on, this would make for a perfect dinner location, very romantic. We ordered coconut shrimp for appetizer, was delicious with mango sauce. Dinner we got General Tso with fried rice, Grilled chicken with asparagus with garlic sauce. Everything was very good. My husbands first time and would come back.

Consistently a great restaurant experience all around. That’s why I keep on coming back again and again!!

Outdoor seating was what we reserved, but when we arrived they said that outdoor seating is closed. We chose to sit at the bar table right next to the door for adequate ventilation . The place started to fill up and it didn’t feel like enough social distance space. Food was extremely bland. Chicken chunks in General Tsos were massive in size with no spice to them whatsoever and there were maaaybe two small pieces of broccoli in the dish which was titled chicken AND broccoli. The Whole Fish entree was tasteless and unappealing. Cocktail was delicious, but the waiter took his time attending to us so we weren’t able to enjoy more of them. Skip this place!

Excellent service, good was great

Superb food, did take a long time to get my order though place was by no means full. Halfway through my meal there was a strong smell like dryer sheets in the air and it distracted from my meal. But the food was superb, some of the best tempura I have ever had.
