Hibachi Teppanyaki and Sushi

My kids really enjoyed the Hibachi and food.

Has a wonderful birthday celebration for my son. The hibachi chef was fun and served amazing food. Would definitely do this again.

Birthday dinner. Our chef was fantastic

We had a 5:15pm reservation for my husband's birthday. We wanted to eat early and get home. We ordered, finished our soup/salad before another party of 4 were seated at the same cooking table. The cook did not enter the cooking table until 6:15pm. We waited and waited for the check. My oldest and I left, while my husband and youngest waited to pay the bill. As I was walking out, I told the manager my husband was waiting for our check, and pointed to him (while my husband was trying to flag our waitress down for our check). My husband arrived home 30 minutes after we did. He said they brought out the drum, sang happy birthday and gave him sherbert. I hate that 2 of us missed that, but cannot believe we were 2.5 hours for what normally is 1.5 hours at the most. The food was delicious, the noise level was way over the top, making it very difficult to enjoy our birthday celebration for him. The cook at the table next to us kept screaming happy birthday to the person he was cooking for.

Went for my daughters birthday dinner. Had a 5pm reservation. Had to wait almost an hour before anyone came over for food. They only started cooking because we complained. The A/c was not on at all and it was 100 degrees outside. We were hot and miserable. We have been here multiple times and never experienced this terrible heat. It was so hot my husband had to get up and leave the table to get air outside. My daughter and I had to stand up for half the wait due to the heat being so unbearable. Definitely not happy with the experience especially for the amount of money we spent.

We enjoyed this place very much. The chef was very talented and kept it fun.

Food was good but the service was awful. It was also very hot inside. Waiter rarely came to table and when confronted raised his voice at my family members. Will not return.

Lobster was slightly undercooked. Filet was more rare than med rare. Was told extra rice wasn’t $3 but was charged $6

I went here for my daughters 24th bday. I made a reservation on Open Table with ease, and I was even able to modify my reservation by adding more to our party. I was 2 minutes away when They called me at 7pm On the dot to let me know my table was ready. When we came in I had 1 left to arrive at the party and mgr was antsy about letting us sit.... I advised we wanted to sit and we will order for her. The mgr went on with her business and left us standing there until I flagged her down to be seated. She was a little rude about it but I just matched her emery. It was a Friday and super crowded. There wasn’t a lot of social distancing at all. Overall the hibachi cook was great, our sever was great even tho we drove him crazy with splitting the bill. The food was good.... just like regular hibachi... nothing too too spectacular. The drinks was just ok.... didn’t feel a buzz at all. My kids say they would go back.... me too but prolly not to the hibachi just dine in.

Made reservation and drive 22 miles only to be told it was a 90 minute wait once we arrived. Arrogant rude staff I will never go here again

EVEYTHING WAS AWESOME EXCEPT THE MANAGEMENT. HAD A RESERVATION FOR 6:30 PM BUT WAS MADE TO WAIT 1HR AND 15 MIN DUE TO UNORGANIZED MANAGEMENT.

I ALWAYS LOVE COMING TO THIS RESTAURANT. SERVER IS ALWAYS PLEASANT AND JOKINGLY FUNNY. ALWAYS HAVE A GREAT EXPERIENCE. CHEF IS FUN TO BE AROUND AS WELL

The service, atmosphere, and food is amazing here!!! I gave an overall score of 4 star due to the face that sometimes the food is sometimes overcooked. I understand it is hibachi and made to order however the last two times my lobster has been overcooked. The remaining food though has always been amazing and I Will continue to go back!

The restaurant was wonderful. My kids loved the chefs and food. Made their birthday special. Too bad that they DID NOT have our reservation that we made through open table. Even when we showed it to them on my phone.

Made a reservation for 5 at 715 it was 830 before we were sat at a table. People walking in were seated before us with no reservation.

The food is good....my only complaint is they charge extra for fried rice at a hibachi restaurant...the chefs are great entertainers

The waitress was very friendly. The chef was enjoyable and engaged with the guests. The restaurant was extremely load with back to back birthday celebrations. The area for the restrooms were had a very pungent order that seeped into the dining area ( despite the restroom area being separated from the restaurant. This definitely impacted my experience

Great food! The wine list needs to be revamped as the selection is very limited, especially compared to other sushi and habachi places. Our chef was energetic and engaged great with the kids! We will be back again.

My son wanted to return to this restaurant for his birthday this year because last year was great but didn’t not hold up this year....Our experience was not very inviting from the hostess area to dining area ...Upon arrival of 6 out of 8 total guests, we were told” If you know what the other 2 guests want to eat then you can be seated otherwise you have to wait”... bartender was inexperienced and wine and domestic beers were way overpriced.. General presentation and waiter service at hibachi grill was lack luster and food quality was not great- salad were dripping in dressing and hardly edible, the chef used way too much oil and the veggies were over cooked (almost burnt)...my son was dripped on the entire dinner by water condensation ... very annoying! Finally, beware of all the UPCHARGES!!! The prices have gone up since our last time here and the food quality and service just doesn’t offset it.. I recommend finding another restaurant.. we definitely will! Sorry....

Waited at the table for an hour. Left without dining. Will not try again. Very poor business management.

It was Mother’s Day so it was very busy. Waited 10 min to get seated with our reservation and then waited 45 min for our cook. Server was nice, but slow.

Food was delicious!! My family’s 1st time there. We will definitely be coming back.

This was my second time to have hibachi, and my first for this restaurant. The food was fantastic. The hibachi experience was old. It was almost the same "show" as my first experience. The chef was quite loud as he cooked and he did too many unnecessary actions that did not progress the good getting cooked. I think the hibachi experience is good for the first timer. Once that ship has sailed, it's not worth it. If you have never had hibachi, go.

Food is pretty good, just that there was no spices anywhere. I'm a fan of spicy food so that kinda discouraged me. The chef compared to others around my group (which came in at ~9pm) seemed like he wanted the night to be over with already. Granted, he was probably tired from doing all day. Chefs are really nice, the staff are nice. All in all, the food was pretty decent, but I wouldn't say it's great. Also, dont mention its anyones birthday because I witnessed it, and it's the most embarrassing thing I've seen a restaurant do yet

It was a good experience, everyone was friendly and our cook was super fun, great stories and engaged everyone. Our food was good.

Celebrated my moms birthday. The server was amazing and quick with tending to our needs/ requests. Cook was so much fun and interacted w the table. Always a great time here

Despite having set a reservation online and calling several hours later to confirm it, when we arrived at our scheduled time our table was not ready nor did they have a place for us. They asked other diners to move to clear room for us. However the food server and food was delicious.

We've been to Hibachi Teppanyaki before and it was pretty good. However, this time we came in and our party was 2 short but arrived shortly after the initial 6 people arrived. Although the hostess(s) came to me and asked 3 times is your party here and I explained they are on their way we waited. Once they arrived which was only 5 minutes after our initial reservation time of 8 o'clock, the restaurant then had difficulty finding our reservation. They finally seated us 15 minutes later and we thought things were looking up, the chef arrived at the table and his show was less than amusing especially since he couldn't stop watching the basketball game on the TV just over our shoulder instead of doing his standard performance. The shrimp was a little funky so I was afraid to eat it, not to mention the chef served the wrong protein to 4 out of 8 people in our party. The second we were all finally served the chef cleaned his cook table and the waitress immediately came over with to go boxes. We even made the comment we just started eating??? She responded "my manager makes me bring to go boxes the minute the presentation is over and I don't want to get in trouble". OMG... seriously???? Not sure we'll be back.

When our order was taken we let the waiter know that one of the people in our party was allergic to seafood. He said that would not be a problem because the chef cooks the other meat first and the seafood after. The chef came out and started the fried rice followed by the shrimp, scallops and calamari. We let the chef know that now our friend could not have her meal cooked on the same grill. He said we should have told our waiter! The waiter came and apologized and said her meal would be cooked in the back. Everyone else was done with their meal and she had not gotten hers yet. The waiter came out with dessert. We had to remind him she hadn't even received her dinner. We also order a round of drinks that we did not get until after our bill came. We were charged for them so he went and got them for us. There was no offer to comp her meal, no manager apology, just really bad service!
