lovely meal and excellent service. Will return soon. hopefully.
We had a pre-theatre meal with the family (4 adults) on a Monday. Opted for the two course meal for £25 (main and dessert). Staff very friendly but professional. We brought our own wine (£5 corkage per bottle on a Monday) and they decanted the red and put the champagne in an ice bucket. Very enjoyable meal at a reasonable price - I would definitely recommend.
Lovely place to eat. Service and staff attentive. Food lovely Slightly expensive had the 2 courses for £25 Good location
Great venue, loved the atmosphere and the decor. Staff were welcoming and enthusiastic about the food and drink on offer, and attentive without being overbearing.
Food was excellent, Chateaubriand was cooked beautifully as was the rest of the dish. If I was being exceptionally picky it could have been cut into one more slice - the edges were just a little thick - but I would happily have it exactly the same again.
A lovely evening for my boyfriend's birthday, Waitress and service by the team was really tentative, excellent, nothing was too much trouble. We had the pork belly and curried cauliflower for starter and fillet steak and sirloin for main, couldn't fault, melt in the mouth! Finished off by an espresso Martini, a very special evening!
FIRST TIME VISIT. DELICIOUS SUNDAY LUNCH, GREAT SERVICE AND ATMOSPHERE.
Great service in a lovely unpretentious environment and a great Sunday lunch. An expensive wine list let’s the side down but don’t let that put you off...
Awesome experience! Staff were great and food was amazing! My first time dining here and wow! Would recommend Hawksmoor in a heartbeat! Thanks guys!
A great dining experience. The steak was amazing and cooked to perfection. Will definitely be booking to go again.
We had the pre-theatre menu, which was £25 for two courses. The food came quickly but the quality was fantastic. Delicious!
Ordered the Chateaubriand as this is one of our favourite cuts. We asked for medium well the meat. We were expecting a joint of beef to appear so we’re very surprised to receive a charred piece of meet which had been sliced into 4 , the two ends were burnt and the remaining slices were very well done to the point of over cooked and very chewy.
perfect afternoon until we were asked to leave our table so the could really sell it. this is really not acceptable could understand it if we were having the express lunch which was not the case. this is not a cheap restaurant so can’t understand why you would ask us to move. has put me off returning
A thoroughly enjoyable meal at a great restaurant. I would certainly eat there again and would recommend it to others.
Excellent steaks cooked to perfection, sides of triple cooked chips, creamed spinach, mushrooms, mac and cheese washed down with a passable Malbec is still one of life’s pleasures.
Service was great, friendly welcoming staff. Helpful and efficient. Food was perfect
Superb service :)
Great atmosphere and the theatre menu is brilliant value
Great food in an ideal location for the theatre.
Great steaks and cooked to perfection!
Good value for money also.
You just don't get better steak than this. A great chilled relaxed atmosphere with that hint of exclusivity (and expence). This is the place to go to impress (unless you're a vegan). They have an extensive cocktail list and you can even buy the cook book.
Great food and atmosphere. Fantastic customer service - very attentive. My date and I were glad we only ordered 300g of steak each as it’s definitely more than enough. Will visit again.
My daughter is studying in London this year. I wanted to take her to a nice meal that had a more casual feel. Seven Dials fit the bill. We had a delicious meal, and there are options on the menu for friends that do not eat steak. My daughter’s friend had a delicious chicken meal, and one of my daughters had fish. My other daughter and I went the traditional steak route and were not disappointed!
Great food jay too noisy
Absolutely amazing food and the theatre menu is great value. Lovely atmosphere and attentive service - have been a few times and can’t wait to return.
Great Roast, nice drinks, great service , a regular eating place for us will be back soon
Fabulous meal couldn’t do enough for us would highly recommend
Absolutely amazing Sunday Roast. We just found this place by pure chance. And what a gem to find. Hidden underground you’d never know it was there. Great atmosphere lovely welcome when we arrived. And had our coats taken and hung up fab service. Sat at the bar whilst our table was being prepared yet again great service and good choice of drinks. Restaurant is huge. But very well laid out. Plenty of staff. Very attentive we had a bottle of wine with our lunch and the waiter was aware of when we needed topping up. Yes there’s a service charge included and it’s well worth it. Would love to go back again.
Wonderful Sunday roast options and a refined aesthetic with a laid back vibe.
The restaurant has a very high noise level. Our server didn’t hear us when we ordered a starter....honest mistake. However, he forgot to put in the order for a side of mash. My husband ate half his main and waited for the mash before finishing his main. The food was very good but it wasn’t a good dining experience.
Had a lovely evening with my partner. The staff were polite and friendly and the food was excellent.
The atmosphere was relaxed, sometimes loud but that didn’t bother us, some may find it too loud.
Definitely going again soon.
Very good service and food is excellent. Tables are a little small, it was hard to fit all the food on
Amazing food good value for money. Felt looked after and great atmosphere.
Big fat of hamksmoor spitalfields hadn’t been for ages so headed to soho - cool spot - good vibe - great staff - streak and ribs were great - triple cooked chips weren’t the best but overall a great night out
Great food and outstanding customer service.
