We always enjoy eating here- service was not quite as top notch, but she had several tables including outside! Not a big deal- just slow start but we go there to enjoy not rush in and out! but once ordered food came promptly between courses and yet not hurriedly - excellent as usual! It was our anniversary and we were given a complimentary dessert; which was excellent. Excellent restaurant!

Food wasn’t as good as we remembered. 55 dollar steak I should be blown away and taste a difference. Service wasn’t the best. It was my wife’s bday and they knew about it but never offered a special dessert for someone’s bday until we asked. We get the dessert and it was burnt. Really wasn’t worth the 100 meal I’m sad to say.

We chose to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary at Harry and Izzy’s and had a wonderful dining experience. We received a card from the staff which was so nice. The food and service was fantastic! Would highly recommend!

I forget the name of the woman I had, but she may remember mine, Antwon. The younger guy with a girl who were both dressed lol. But she was really amazing and I love how interactive all the staff were. They all made sure everything was okay. Definitely would be somewhere I’d recommend friends!!

This has always been a great place for many years....but the last two visits have not been good. The food is still fantastic, but there are some staffing issues. Service has become very slow. On this most recent visit, it was almost 90 minutes for lunch. I had to get up and hunt down the server to get the check. You can’t ask people to spare 90 minutes for a lunch that could have been (and always had been...) 45 minutes. The restaurant was not busy and our reservations were for 11:15am...so no cause for delay there. The hostesses were particularly unfriendly. We arrived at our reservation time, and were told our table wasn’t ready. That’s confusing as the restaurant opened at 11:00am...and there wasn’t anyone else dining. Why the delay when there was a reservation...set before the lunch rush? It just seemed that no one was prepared. On our way out I said “have a good day” to the two hostesses and neither responded. No “thanks” or any other comment. There was no one else around the hostess stand at the time...and they weren’t on the phone. We felt that was particularly rude. Again...the food is fantastic, and the service has always been great....but something is way off lately. New management perhaps?

It was our 25 year anniversary all we got was I heard it was a special day. Food was ok not anything spectacular as we normally love Harry & Izzy’s. Service was par no drink refills outside of us filling up our own water. Was not even asked if food was ok or prepared correctly. Very disappointed this time around

Harry & Izzy's was recommended to us when in town for a wedding. The service was amazing, our waiter Alex was just great, perfect wine pairings and cocktail recommendations. The steak was ok, a little overdone and for the price you paid. All in all had a great time with friends.

I ordered a gluten free pizza with many topping. The crust was nice and crisp but the toppings which cost $1 for more than two were almost non existent. I also ordered a smaller salad which the wait said was available, but I was charged the same price as their regular salad. This is not a place I would ever eat at again.

A bit loud inside but that is the only negative from my experience. I try to visit every time I am in town and for this occasion we were celebrating my father’s birthday. Hostesses we’re very friendly, waitress was amazing, and the food was high quality. The shrimp cocktail is a house special for a reason, I always get it! I also got the dry aged bone in NY strip and it was cooked perfectly with great flavor. Wine list is better than average but nothing extremely special, prices are on the higher end but to be expected. I will be back, and I would recommend to anyone looking for a nice steakhouse.

usually this is a very nice place to go. We experienced two undercooked steaks which were corrected but it shouldn't be like that here. Our server was MIA during most of our experience but we were mostly fine.

As always, the food was superb! I tried something new-the scallops with edamame succotash-DELISHOUS! My daughter had beef sliders and ravioli-DELISHIOUS! This Mother's Day dinner was special due to the fact that it was the first after my mother, (and daughter's grandmother) had passed. This was her favorite restaurant. Waiter was very caring and attentive. Table was ready at the time of our reservation-a BIG plus! Wait time for the food was short. Food was hot at the time of serving. No complaints whatsoever.

Excellent quality. And the preparation was perfect. Make no mistake, its an expensive dinner. Our Waiter "Seth" was a real pleasure and did a very nice job of taking care of us. Got to have the shrimp cocktail. And if you are coming to this restaurant you really need to order a steak. Very good Bourbon list as well. Just make sure you bring a strong piece of plastic to pay for it all.

One of my favorite restaurants for entertaining clients, always predictable and always a fun menu to share. The place was very crowded last evening and I understand understaffing these days but at these price levels either find more staff or limit the number of tables/people you are capable of serving. The miscues for the evening were numerous but let's just hope the next time returns to normal.

They seated us on the patio and no one else was in our section. The chairs were very uncomfortable. Our server was fairly good and attentive. The 8 oz ribeye steak was NOT good at all. It tasted very different than the usual. Mashed potatoes were average. Shrimp cocktail, Water, Wedge salad and dinner rolls were good. The peanut butter pie was disgusting. A very disappointing $250 meal.

Restaurant made us sign a contract and minimum when there was another table next to us with more people that didn’t come close to a minimum. On top of that after signing the contract we had some of the worst service ever. 3/8 meals came 20 minutes after the others, 4/8 meals were over or undercooked, we had to seek out our server to get water and even order more drinks/wine. This experience has led me to believe that the management and effort no longer exists at this venue. I won’t be returning which is sad bc I used to love Harry and Izzys.
