Hard Rock Cafe - Philadelphia
It was wonderful. Nice workers food was great... Drinks awesome... Really had a great time and coming back soon... Maybe once a month if possible with reservation
Great staff, friendly communication.
Had a sticker in my food but they were very nice and resolved the issue
Food took a really long time to come out after we ordered, about 45 minutes to an hour, but the overall experience was good. We were impressed with the safety measures in place due to COVID-19, and happy that the staff enforced their protocols.
I was very impressed by the precautions they were taking for COVID-19. Our server, Stewart, was very attentive and kind.
Great server and service in general.
Food was cold they was not wear mask and it's was so loud and there with kids just running around I will never go back agait
The portion sizes were small compared to other hard rocks
First and foremost: Hard Rock is taking Covid-19 Safety to a high level including checking your temperature prior to getting past the hostess stand, asking 2 Covid related questions, menus on QR code, a paper disk w/red on 1 side and green on the other so you can turn it to green for your server to approach the table or Red to leave you alone. I felt good about eating indoors with all these precautions in place.
Next our server Anna was Amazing, Service was on point and actually increased the pleasure to our dining experience. All staff was masked, and wearing disposable gloves
Food: we went for Restaurant week and were not disappointed in any of the courses served. From the Caesar salad, to the gigantic burger, to the delicious cheesecake. Everything was fresh, hot and Delicious.
Overall: Hard Rock is high on my suggested places, usually I try not to visit “chain” restaurants but I’ll be back to Hard Rock due to my above remarks..
P.S. (2) managers on staff, also were very welcoming, and appreciative of our visit.
Great Job Hard Rock Center City!!
Remember servers have been hit hard by this pandemic, so tip them a minimum of 20% for average service.. anything better than average service deserves a higher percentage at this time of the pandemic... I’m sure it’s Greatly appreciated especially with less tables allowed to be seated..
Server was great food was horrible. I won’t be back
I normally love this place but when me and my friends went there this weekend to celebrate one of our friends birthday it was horrible. Our waiter Paul was so unprofessional to the point I sent the general manger a email about our experience.
I was there for Restaurant Week
The food selection was Great. The Food tasted good (I had the Shrimp,New York Strip Steak,Fries,String Beans & Cheesecake)
Enjoyed the experience although I’m sure it was very hard to manage with all the different precautions everything was handled well
I had not been to a Hard Rock in years. What a pleasant surprise. The food was perfect, the drinks were very well mixed and our waitress was personable and attentive. The restaurant was observing social distancing and even supplied ziploc bags to keep our masks in while we dined. I was incredibly impressed and will definitely return on my next trip to Philadelphia.
I had a great experience. I loved the food and environment. The service was wonderful and I’ll definitely go back.
The service at the Philly location is not the best. The one is AC is much better as far as good and overall service.
Food was good very noisy
It is well worth it to use open table. Waiter was great!
Good impossible burger but pretty high price for burgers
I ordered a burger on a gluten free roll, when it came they had placed a fried onion ring on top. Hello..... onion rings are not gluten free!!! I had to send it back and wait for another one to be made. I do t order gluten free because I like too, it’s because I HAVE TO! Cooks should be aware of what they are putting on their plates!! Our sever Sheila was very gracious and apologetic. This was not her fault, in fact she was lovely. This totally reflects on the kitchen staff! Won’t be back there again
Waited 40 minutes for food. Waitress never refilled water glasses. Wasted 2 hours of our day. Will not go back.
We ordered buffalo wings, served to us with no buffalo sauce. When asked to have it corrected, we were each given a side of buffalo sauce to dip the wings at the table. Not very good.
Our waitress krista was amazing she got our order right and she was fablous
Really good food, great service, interesting decor.
Ordered the nachos...expected melty cheeses...it was already dry and hard. Large portion though...just not very good. Service was slow and food was very expensive for what you got.
Outside the restaurant window our young daughters got to watch the homeless undress and deal drugs...while being lurked at from windows through entire meal....
Most likely will not return.
The food was very good and the same for the service! Maybe the music was a little bit too high but i think is normal in a hard rock cafe (this day i was tired for the trip!).
Came here for lunch after visiting the Philly Auto Show. Our server was wonderful. If it hadn’t been for her, we probably would’ve left. The wait time to receive any of our orders was absolutely absurd. Our server was doing everything possible to check in and offer her apologies for the wait (it wasn’t her fault), but regardless we waited over an hour to get our food. Then the food was “ok”. For the price we paid and the time we waited, I wouldn’t come back here. I feel bad for the server as she was great!
The visit was okay, nothing to write home about though. Although we got seated right away and our waitress Tatiana was great, everything else was subpar. I ordered the BBQ bacon cheese burger and my bacon was extremely fatty and didn't seem fully cooked, everything we touched was extremely sticky; our table, our cups, even our rolls of napkins. The hostess that lead us to our table took us all the way to the back and just stopped and stood there instead of telling us to follow someone else. I love visiting Hard Rock Cafe's when I travel, it's always a fun experience. And this experience wasn't a "bad" one, it just wasn't as great as I had hoped.
Very thankful we made a reservation because if not the wait would've been over an hour. We got right in, had a great table; a great server and the food was good. It's a bit pricey but I think you pay for the ambiance honestly. Would return in the future for sure.
Longer wait, but it was Valentine’s Day and they did seat us early.
Unfortunately, the food didn’t settle well with my wife and I.
Fun place if you love all music
Thank you to Kim!
It is a fun atmosphere, but our service was horrible.
We were seated at 530 and finally received our food at 640. The waiter was ok, but the kitchen was slow. We will be eating somewhere else next time.
Fun restaurant! Great food selection! Great for families!
Ate lunch during the Philly car show. Food was great, service from our waitress was even better. Had the steak salad, which was delicious. My only (very minor) criticism: could have done with a little less dressing. Can’t wait to come back!
Service and food was great! Definitely would go back.
They greeted us at the door. Everyone knew it was our anniversary and stopped by our table with warm wishes and welcomes. They gave us a champagne toast for our anniversary, as well as a signed card, ice cream sundae, and a card. They say people from the south are known for their hospitality, but our waitress and the entire staff there was fantastic and we couldn’t have had a better celebration! Thank you Hard Rock Philly!
My boyfriend and I went for a Superbowl party. The food was excellent and our waiter Will was friendly, attentive, and kept our drinks full. We had a great time. Better service then I’ve received at some of the city’s more expensive restaurants.
The menu is unclear. I ordered Mac and cheese. The server had to tell me it came with buffalo sauce, as the menu didn’t say that. When it came, there was a chicken breast on it and two slices of garlic bread. Neither item was mentioned by the server or the menu. I don’t eat chicken and I’m allergic to garlic. Big fail.
