First time ever at a Hard Rock Cafe. My family and I had an amazing time. Staff was kind and courteous.
Very nice & great service .
Stayed in Philadelphia only one night and wanted a decent sit-down meal within walking distance of our hotel. My past experiences at Hard Rock restaurants has been that I felt I was paying for atmosphere rather than food. However, not so this time. The food was excellent, as was our waitress.
Easy stress free experience
Great experience food was delicious.
It was a busy night for the general manager make sure everybody was taken care of even stopped at our table. But I would not recommend their impossible burger as a vegetarian I did not like it. Just tasted funny! Otherwise everything else we ate was wonderful
We had a wonderful time listening to the live music with Jeremy Adam. He is terrific! The manager, Jay, was awesome! I had the salmon Caesar salad and it was so large it took me an hour to eat it! Yum
Love the live local music fridays! So much fun! I highly recommend it.
Waiter was too quick and anxious (took our order and ran). Got wrong refills and the grilled chickens were slightly over cooked. Waiter never checked on us and we had to get his attention for a refill. Disappointed the lunch specials went away
Bred was stale on the burger, whole burger itself was pretty bland
They don’t have mash potatoes with the salmon so you have to order salmon and french fries, very odd lol
The food wasn't that great. I tried it and don't have to return.
Service is good, so does the food, especially the hurricane.
We have been to several Hard ROCKS and Philly is the best....keep up the good work...
On vacation with the family and needed to figure out dinner. This was a last minute reservation for the fourth of July. There was a long wait as we were a party of 5, difficult to seat. Once we checked in, the manager was extremely helpful and got us seated quickly, even before the reserved time. The wait staff was great and the food was just wjhat we needed for the kids. Great place to have a family meal if you are in Philly.
Our Server Kimmy was amazing. She was understanding and sweet. Even the FOH staff! Amazing with accommodating us even though we were early for our reservation. The food was not up to my liking. My steak was not cooked as requested and the Mac & cheese was cold. My 7 year however was ecstatic that his meal came in a guitar shape plate.
The staff was excellent but the food wasn’t great! The Mac and cheese was very dry, the buns on the pulled pork and burger wasn’t soft ( it was actually kind of stale feeling), the salmon was very small and the restaurant only had one vegetable to choose from. Would have been a much better experience if the food was good.
I usually enjoy there food however this day the nachos sucked and my impossible burger wasn’t horrible the brioche bun was kinda stale to me. Also ordered a kids meal and the tenders looked like shake n bake… my daughter enjoyed her fries.
Sad to say I did not enjoy my latest time here however my previous visits were nice
Very limited menu. Could use some vegetarian options.
Waited 15 minutes to be greeted by our server. Food was underwhelming and overly priced. We requested a box for leftovers twice. Drinks were too sweet. Music was extremely loud, I had to shout over the table.
Smallest hard rock I've been to. Had like ten guitars. Server kept touching his face and kept guessing what we were going to order. Sat at a table that had bar seating facing it. Food was expensive and sucked.
We sat at the bar. Service was excellent. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Food was great. Atmosphere was fun. Would highly recommend.
Unfortunately the order was not as requested. They did try to compensate but I would rather have paid full price for a good experience.
Way overpriced for what we got to eat. Service waa fair but food took 30 minutes to be served. Burgee and chicken tenders... Burger waa fair but fries not even hot the tenders were fine. Not worth it
Nice Rock & roll Decorations, food selection can be better.
Reservation was a great idea. We were able to walk right in.
This was my first time going here and it was during restaurant week and I loved it.Admired the art on the walls live music
Air conditioning wasnt working
Certain food items was not available from the menu
Great food, awesome service and relaxing atmosphere!
Went during CCD Restaurant Week. The options for lunch were not as great as the dinner options, but the food we ordered was a lot better than we anticipated. Great experience across the board.
Awesome restaurant week menu!
The food was alright - the atmosphere was very energetic and my two daughters loved the live music. The manager gave them both a gold bead necklace, so they were super stoked. Good place for a family to come and eat.
Went out for CDC Restaurant week because the menu posted look pretty good. Get there, they had a completely different menu than advertised for restaurant week. Basically all appetizers. Service was super slow. We were told our waitress had a large party she had to service so just bare with her. We did. But I feel like maybe she should have had help instead of warning customers service will be slow. At that point, we should have left.
The ONLY sides they had available were string beans and French fries due to "the new menu change taking place in June " which was what we were told as if that's an okay excuse. Paid $23 for a scrap piece of salmon the size of a sticky note and they squeezed some bbq sauce on top. It wasn't good.
The manager on duty seemed uninterested and stuck on nothing but apologies. I have another reservation scheduled next week that I'm canceling now. Idk if I'll go back. Very disappointed. The only positive was the chocolate brownie and ice cream, that was good but took almost 20 mins to receive.
5:30 on a Tuesday and the place was pretty empty. It was Philadelphia’s restaurant week so we gave their 3 course meal a try. Appetizers were fine but unspectacular. Smokehouse plates were surprisingly good. One of us ordered the spicy Mac though and it came out congealed and cold. They remade it and it was still horrible. The meals came with cheesecakes which looked great but were solidly Rosen on the inside. For $140 with drinks for the 3 of us it was horribly overpriced for the food we got.
The food was terrible I literally ordered some of the same things I ordered previously this past week and it tasted way different and it was horrible I was so disappointed I also ordered some new items off the festival menu which was terrible as well and I expressed this to the waiteress who did not address my concern she simply gave me my check and said to take care of it whenever I was ready. I usually love Hard Rock Cafe and my kids love the food just as much but this time how can the taste change within days the kitchen did poorly this time because there were more people in attendance and than when we were there before but there is no excuse to give out poor food in a restaurant not sure when I will be back
When I have a bad experience I tend to try things twice. My first time here, I ordered no bacon on my sandwich and they put bacon on it 3 times. It took 4 tries to make me a cheeseburger the way I ordered. The final result was just ok. I then thought ok let’s try again because I like the feel of the place. Both times the wait staff was amazing. The place was clean and COVID ready. However the food was over done and boring. I really want to like this place but I need food to match the vibe. Oh well I tried.
Steph was an excellent server.
Great music, good food, good service, I would recommend Hard Rock Cafe
Great food great service great place
Made a reservation for mother's day around midday an was seated without a long wait in line. Service was excellent with apps an the main course coming out hot an on point, ordered the double decker burger 😋 😋 with spring rolls omg delicious an also ordered the shrimp as an app with a bbq bacon burger for the mom, drinks were strawberry lemonade for her an long island for me 😎 delicious. Overall 5* for everything an never had an issue since coming here as a kid 👍
It was quite an experience. I been here before, but this time I was truly enlightened. The service was great. Host and server was well polite and understanding. Great and delicious food and drink. Even though the lights went out near the end, my sister and I still had a great time and definitely will come back.
