Hard Rock Cafe - Glasgow
Enjoyed our lunch. Service was quick and staff were friendly and relaxed. Would go back again.
Big portions which is good but my chicken salad some of the chicken was pink which put me off , but the staff were excellent and enjoyed my cocktail just wasnt keen on the food
All good as usual. Staff and quality of food and drink outstanding. Great service. One of the best places in Scotland🤟
Service was fab, lovely people.
Cocktails tasty and food was delicious.
Food was lovely
Service was good
Prices are a bit high but overall, my kids love the place and the food is of a really high quality.
The staff were great and really welcoming. We had a party of 7 and there were plenty of options for everyone. As a vegetarian I was glad to see there were some great options for me and the veggi burger was awesome! Staff friendly and attentive. Would definitely go back!
Brilliant staff, food was excellent it was busy yet I was taken care of from start to finish , those Mai Tai's were so so nice too ,will definitely be back again
I went late on a Thursday evening so a little quieter than normal, service very good food very good music very good, could imagine it being a bit louder when full but was great
Great atmosphere. Everything was brilliant except the cost of the chips - you don’t get many for your money - but otherwise fantastic!
Efficient, pleasant service and excellent food. Will return.
Superb meal, fantastic service and half price cocktails, what's not to like
I have visited several Hard Rock cafes across Europe. But this one was the least enjoyable. We had a table for four on Monday 17th February, the staff did not appear as passionate as others. We were squashed onto a small table. The server seemed angry whenever we asked him for anything. I’m sure if we tried it again it would be different
Love everything about it, great service, great food, great music
Lovely hospitality and great ambiance. Had slight incident when some other customer fell over me but staff managed situation well.
First of all compliments to the chef. Food was amazing. Staff is so organized, it's busy night but food was served quickly and with a smile. Thank you all at Hard Rock Cafe.Keep up the good work. Definitely be back here when staying in Glasgow again.
Food excellent. Music virtually non existent. What's the point in calling it the "Hard Rock" Cafe if you can hardly hear the music of the videos? It is perfectly possible to turn the volume up and still be able to hear the conversation of your table guests. Turn up the volume Hard Rock!
Server Craig was fantastic really accommodated us and was regularly checking if we had enough drinks or if we were ready for our next meal high recommend
Service was great. Food was poor for the price and the live music was just a bit too loud
Valentines night is suppose to be romantic but after a noisy band and the lack of anything romantic for the decor it turned out to be a disappointment of a night, service was great and the food was alright but the decor paired with wingeing band made it pretty rubbish!
Always a great experience we have been to various hard rocks around the world Glasgow is a very good one great staff and atmosphere
Lovely meal with partner and toddler. This is our 14th HRC, we arrived early but was welcomed and sat straight away. The staff were very friendly and food arrived very quickly, in fact it came before our drinks.
Our meals were delicious and we enjoyed walking around looking at the memorabilia.
Two small points we noticed- the tables had been wiped with a dirty cloth and dried with a film of dirt on them. We wiped our table when we sat down for the baby and the wipe was black. We noticed all the tables in the sunken area were there same. Also I asked if there was a local legendary as there is with some HRCs with the larger menus but the server didn’t understand what I meant. Maybe some training on the HTC culture and brand if the staff arnt familiar with other restaurants.
These didn’t detract from a lovely pre-Valentine’s meal and we would visit again.
We also popped in to the Edinburgh HRC for a quick drink and to pick a pin up. Didn’t have a proper look around but staff were really pleasant and helpful.
fantastic food, venue, music & staff. we absolutely love it, can not recommend it enough
I love coming here. The food, cocktails, decor, music and atmosphere are great. Staff are always chatty and happy. Thought the music was very quiet on this visit, opposed to other visits so couldn't hear it very well. Apart from that - we were stuffed with delicious food and will be back soon
Amazing food, drink and service , 10/10
An excellent evening made even better by our waiter who couldn't do enough to make our evening special. Thank you!
Service was great and the staff member that served us was very friendly and seemed to love his job always smiling, great food and the sharing pudding was so big we couldn’t finish it but was delicious
Was a fantastic meal , service was fantastic only downside was the restaurant was so loud i couldnt hear my partner talking but thats somethifn that cannot be helped as it was so busy . Seats were also very very close together i felt like i was sitting on strangers knees !
We had a very pleasant evening out at the Hard Rock - Glasgow.
The booking process was very easy and we were able to get a table at very short notice. The restaurant itself is very impressive internally with a high vaulted ceiling and all the usual 'Hard Rock' wall decorations.
The staff were all friendly and attentive and were able to give advice on the food available.
The menu was the standard fair and we chose a sharing starter between the three of us and then burger and fries each. All the food was well presented and quite tasty with portion sizes being more than adequate. My wife and I had the Venison burger and the Bacon Cheese burger whilst our vegetarian son had the Moving Mountain burger.
Pudding was simple but nice and rounded off the evening nicely.
Good vibe, tasty food, very reasonably priced and with friendly, attentive staff. Food may not have many surprises, but sometimes that's just what you're after! If you like HRC in general then I think you'll really like this one...
Amazing food & brilliant staff. My daughter throughly enjoyed her birthday treat
Absolutely fantastic on all fronts. Food was great, excellent staff, lovely venue. Plus the £3.95 cocktails didn’t hurt :)
Spent a disappointing evening at he Hard Rock Cafe. The location is great, very central and the venue is lovely - clean and lively with great music videos and rock memorabilia. The let down was the food and the price - dishes were heavily salted and mediocre and the price was over inflated - twice what you'd expect to pay for the same food elsewhere. Would not go again.
Great service from Bryce. Food great. Music a bit MOR for my liking. Could do with more classic rock. Angus Young and Bob Dylan memorabilia great.
Upon requesting our bill, we waited almost half an hour on the waitor to bring the card machine. Our table was also 15 minutes late on being ready.
Service was great. Recent menu update means far smaller selection of food and cocktails. Very busy and very noisy - would recommend booking in advance. Overall happy with our experience
The waitress serving the table for very friendly and helpful but one of our party’s food was forgotten about and didn’t come out until the rest of us were nearly half finished which was a shame. Overall it was fine but it was expensive for what it what.
Been to this particular Hard Rock Cafe a few times now and every time is better than the last. The food was amazing and good for the price! It was piping hot and really fresh! We had the big burger and chicken tenders. The mango tango is the best drink, wish I could make them like that at hom ! Our server Tam was hands down the best server my boyfriend and I have ever had. He had us laughing constantly, was so nice and nothing was too much trouble.. same with I think the manager(not too sure of his name!) . Can’t wait to come back again.. secretly hoping Tam is the server again haha :-)
My 10 year old thought the american waitress was awesome as she left him a you rock message on his dads recipt. He loves the hard rock cafe and spotted some lovely baby items hes saving up to buy for his little sister due 1st april (the day after his 11th birthday) and cant wait to return. The meal was lovely and the turnaround time was amazing considering how busy it was as slipknot were playing that night so tables were booked.
Staff very friendly. Very nice to the children. Food and drinks good albeit quite expensive for a lunch with 2 adults and 2 children. Would definitely go back.
We had our first visit here for my partners birthday. We both had a fab time and loved the food. We would definitely return again
