Hard Rock Cafe - Glasgow
We had our first visit here for my partners birthday. We both had a fab time and loved the food. We would definitely return again
Expensive for what it was, but overall it was good.
Great food, friendly staff and great service. Huge portions and fab cocktails.
I had the burger which was very bland. My mum only ate half of hers as not much taste to them
We were very disappointed in the quality of food offered. It was very very poor in our opinion.
Staff friendly take time to chat . Food always hot Love the atmosphere .
Very bland on the inside with a basic layout. Food is expensive and largely tasteless. Steaks are particularly overpriced. Service can be improved as the servers stood around all night chatting and dancing and it took over 15 mins to get a round of drinks and they all came separately. I usually love Hard Rock Cafes but won’t be returning here.
Visited on New Years Eve, enjoyed the meal and can not fault the service considering it was so busy. The young lady who attended to us was outstanding so sorry I’ve forgotten her name. But had curly hair, and extremely pleasant and helpful. Definitely visit again. X
Very good experience and kids loved it which is always a bonus
Booked for lunch on New Years Eve, 1pm. No mention when booking that the main cafe was to be closed, and we were travelling up from Carlisle especially for a treat. We arrived, and were ushered upstairs to what was a much more basic set up compared to the main cafe - instant disappointment. There were chairs piled up opposite the room entrance which gave the impression that this was used more for storage than an actual restuarant room. The Greeter at no point left her seat, which we thought was quite rude, and no real sincere apology given.
As a family, we have to carefully plan eating out due to a child that has issues eating outside of home. To be honest, if she had not set her heart on it, we would have walked out when we saw the cafe compared to downstairs. Hard Rock is not a cheap meal for a family, and upstairs there is simply no "Hard Rock" atmosphere. I would recommend next time you plan on closing the main cafe, to advise customers that are booking so that there is no disappointment on arrival.
Our table was booked for 1730 and was ready on arrival, our server was pleasant and efficient, food was good and portions generously sized. My only minor complaint was the length of time for food to arrive (drinks service excellent.) We normally do not like to rush a meal, however this time we were going on to a concert and our meal took 1 hour and 40 minutes for 2 courses, but we made the start - just. Overall a good evening for all (our party ranged in ages from 8 to 71 and described by the youngest as "really cool"
Dinner was great. Recommend the ribs. Had dinner, then went to a show. Enjoyed the show but not enough seating. People were pulling chairs over and sitting in the middle of a dance floor. Then the band came on, if you were seated. That’s the last you’ll see, because everyone just moves up to the stage, and pap their plastic tumblers on your table. 😂😂
Really enjoyed our visit with friends. Our waiter Tam was particularly impressive, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable in all the right ways. Thank you Tam for your superb service!
Lovely food but service was extremely slow, I've seen the restaurant busier in the past and the service was much better
It was very busy but service was still prompt. The teenagers i took loved the ambience, the food was tasty and the beer cold. Great!
Our server was absolutely lovely! Couldn’t fault her. The food was delicious. Great portion sizes for the kids. Starters and main courses were great. Extremely tasty!
Big fans of the Hard Rock Hotel in Orlando. We stay there regularly and Hard Rock Cafe Glasgow lived up to our expectations!
Went with the family for dinner the service was rubbish and the food was overcooked and definitely not worth the money waited ages for drinks a female waitress was rude
Definitely won’t be back
Always enjoy this place. Great atmosphere. Great staff. Best burgers. And cocktails are awesome!
Handed kids crayons with no kids drawing book or paper asked and was told they stopped providing this. Why the crayons? Burger was overly greasy. Nothing really special for kids anymore. Not overly impressed with slow service and interaction. Not the hard rock way.
Normally love hard rock and haven’t been for a while so was looking forward to it but was disappointed with it, always get the legendary burger but it’s changed to a drier burger, and awful roll it’s in chips didn’t have much flavouring plus they have changed the spicy mayo to steak sauce, wish I went else where I was that disappointed, plus got a cocktail that I was disappointed in they come in a smaller glass now 4 sips and it’s gone not worth the money so won’t be back
Excellent service and food special mention to Sammie
Great food and great service
The waitress kept saying we weren’t going to eat all the food which was quite rude but she was still nice, food not expensive £13 for a starter, yikes
We had a member of our party with dietary requirements. The staff were great. I did mention before we were going so they were aware. I also mentioned it was for a birthday. Would have been nice if they had acknowledged this but they didn’t but overall we had a great time. Also check your bill if you are having happy hour cocktails as we were charged full price!
Great meal and service , received a HR reward voucher for my birthday which gave us one of the meals for free 😁
Like with most Hard Rock’s everything was brilliant, the food, the drink and the staff can’t be faulted
Great restaurant, brilliant atmosphere, and the staff are very helpful, happy and attentive. They made our 16yr old daughters night (honest) by having the whole place sing happy birthday to her. Would highly recommend a visit.
Adele’s 12th birthday and her first ever Hard Rock. Bryce made it awesome!
Great service and fantastic cocktails! It's always a pleasure to visit Hard Rock with friends.
As always you get a warm welcome at the hard rock cafe Glasgow. Food was excellent service was efficient and friendly. Music is also excellent.
GLASGOW YOU ROCK \m/
Cool music and nicr staff but the food is overpriced for what you get! Very average and not worth the money, your paying for the name!
Despite great service from our waitress the food itself was bland and tasteless. I have used HR all over the world from Singapore to Florida, Ibiza to Hong kong and this is the blandest food I have tested in one of your places. I had the fajitas, my wife the burger, I thought at first it was a just my meal and said nothing, till my wife commented the same about her burger. Something is sadly wrong in that kitchen seasoning wise, the steak and chicken on my dish lacked even the most basic salt and pepper let alone fajita seasoning. We won't return there again.
Food was great so were the cocktails drinks are expensive but that’s too be expected
Excellent food, great for my 9 year old who had a lovely time!
We're big fans of Hard Rock, having visited many around the world. However this visit was very disappointing.
There weren't enough servers on considering how busy the place was, though our waiter was doing his best.
The food was particularly disappointing. Fries with cheese and bacon were soggy and heavy. The Legendary burger was anything but. It was lacking flavour and the 'cheese' topping was like melted plastic.
The meal sat like a lump in our stomachs for most of the night.
All in all, completely underwhelming!
Had a lovely meal at Hard Rock Glasgow with my friend! Lovely restaurant and very centrally located. Our server Bryce was very helpful and friendly!
Awesome experience very friendly staff. Atmosphere was good enhanced by the music.
Fabulous food. Service great. And had a fab seat. A great experience.
Great Staff. Busy evening. Food came before drinks though. Excellent portions.
Service of food was very slow and it was very warm inside. 2 of us were there for just over an hour and a half for mains and dessert. There was about a 20 to 25 minute wait between finishing our main and getting our dessert, I think our server must have been on her break and no one else seemed bothered. We weren't offered a dessert menu either. A disappointing experience given how much we were looking forward to it. It was busy but not full suggesting either it's understaffed or inefficient. Either way we won't be back in a hurry.
