I would recommend it but only as an experience. I thought some of the food was hit and miss. They were very good with the allergy aspect of the menu. Cannot fault them for that. The rest of the service was average and not befitting a Michelin star restaurant. The staff dressed in blue hardly cracked a smile all evening. I have been to numerous 1 stars that do everything much better. Also the prices are crazy but I assume the rent of a place that large in Mayfair and the amount of staff has to be covered somehow. If I got invited back I'd probably go but I don't think I would go out of my way to go again myself.

Absolutely fantastic atmosphere and even better food, didn’t know entirely what to expect and was very pleasantly surprised. All the staff were immensely helpful and accommodating, would absolutely recommend.

Restaurante totalmente recomendable, realmente desde el principio al fin todo maravilloso. Nos encantaron los Dim Sum... un auténtico placer en boca. Lo recomendaré a mis familiares y amigos. Mis felicitaciones a todo el equipo que forma este restaurante!

We were attended by the waiters frequently! We had to wait more than 15 mins every time we requested something! The dj was bad for the celebration of new year!
Although we had a reservation, we werent given our table as requested!

I was a lovely experience! But the food came way to fast and we didn’t have time to finish one dish before the next was served. We had to ask them to slow way down, otherwise we would be done within 1 hour. Other than that it really was lovely ❤️

Food was good in general. However, was disappointed that when I arrived we had to choose from a set menu, which ended up costing a lot of money. There was no mention of the set menu when making the booking.

Service was a bit poor but may be due to the fact it was 4pm on New Year’s Eve. Food was good as always though. Dericious.

2 hour limitation for 8 people is difficult even deciding what to eat . Normally in Chinese food one shares . Waiter though nice mannered pushing you to finish to keep the time limit . They missed one of our dish.
Disappointed this time . Hakasan always been our favourite restaurant. When you pay high prices one needs bit of time to relax .

Nothing more than a jet-set restaurant. Very expensive for very poor experience quality.

Food was fine but not as good as we had previoualy at their restaurant HKK. The restaurant was overcrowded and service rushed, but most disappointing was ridiculously loud, thumping music.

Overall, a really nice experience. We had a bad experience with a waiter, who did not bring our drinks for long, but after that another waiter solved the problem and was very kind with us.

Fabulous food, especially the beef ribs and Peking duck! Great service & atmosphere. Great for kids, who like to try lots of different dishes.

Requested a birthday surprise but was not given one.. poor customer service and over priced!

The food was very good. And that is About it. Service was way to fast. Wanting to get you out so they can refill the table. Wanting to sell you vertelt expensive wine. This for the price of 180 £/pp. Price quality nog good, dark and loud Place( people Reading the menu with the flaslight from their cellphones). Service nog realy friendly. Much better places for this amount of money. Not visiting again.

World class food & service. Drinks out of this world! Wines slightly over priced & the noise level a bit disturbing.

Amazing food and decor. Quality food with good cocktails. The waitress and staff were warm and gave us a special corner table so that we were comfortable with our 2 year old son. Music was good as well.
