This was our first visit to The Foundation Room. We were pleasantly surprised that happy hour in the lounge lasted until 9 p.m. Highly recommend a few cocktails there before dinner. The staff and service were great in both the lounge and restaurant. We were disappointed with some of the menu items, particularly the crab cake and scallops, for the price we paid. There was no lump crab in the crab cake. It was more like a pureed fish cake. The scallops were gritty and left an aftertaste. The Caesar salad and filet mignon were excellent, and the mashed potatoes were some of the best we've had in a restaurant.

Wow! Not the Foundation Room I remembered. There were only 3 other tables eating dinner at 7pm. Servers were friendly but service was slow. No ambience. Very boring & quiet. Food was good. Just boring and empty.

We come to the foundation room everytime we come to Vegas. Best view of the strip from the bar side, amazing service (Otto is awesome) and food is delicious — favorite is the skirt steak.

The staff was amazing! However, we ordered two seafood platters for our table and the lobsters were all still frozen. Our server apologized but the chef apparently would not allow her to make adjustments or substitute another option. So that was disappointing. Loved the atmosphere but not sure I’ll be back for dinner.

A little disappointed that we weren’t made aware of the upcoming almost year-long closing for renovations, however, the actually dining experience was phenomenal as always. David our server was exceptional in every way

Wonderful experience at the restaurant. I wish they would not change the decor or theme as it keeps it original and unlike any other fine dining experience in Las Vegas. We heard they are going to renovate and change everything. Staff were great and we hope they are able to stay on at the new venue.
