The provolone cheese dish is inspiring as well as the trio of empanadas. The chimmichuri in combination with them is heartwarming! The choripan is simple but chorizo elevates the dish and the lomito is spot one as well! The only change with this last dish would’ve been using tenderloin instead. Drinks were ordered and arrived promptly. After a small wait while we perused the menu, our order was taken. The food arrived pretty quickly considering how busy the restaurant was. We ordered a pizza and rocket salad to share which was delicious. The pizza was tasty though a bit light on the prawns and the salad was fresh and not overdressed. We were looked after very well by the waitstaff. Our dessert order of honey pannacotta was very nice and the outstanding parts of this were the biscotti and the piece of fresh honeycomb. Pannacotta was a bit firm for our liking and needed the fresh honey for flavour, but all in all, not too bad. The restaurant is very nice inside and well decorated, however, it does have a little bit of a 'pub' vibe and was pretty noisy but the food made up for any shortcomings on this aspect. Not a place for a romantic dinner and if the weather had been better, possibly an outside table would have been quieter. We will definitely be returning, possibly for lunch rather than dinner, and try out one of the pasta dishes which looked very inviting. Good value for money and a nice addition to the restaurants on offer in Coolum. The highlight of the evening for us was the staff. They were efficient but friendly .
