Our experience for a birthday was amazing. Our waitress was very nice the food was amazing and it was very nice and quiet.

Welcoming atmosphere, clean, vovid 19 safety in place. Food was delicious!! Table bread and spread, celebratory drink appetizer and meal were all worth it. Server was attentive. Highly recommend

Nothing to rave about. Last time we were here was about five years ago. We weren’t impressed but we thought after 5 years things have changed for the better. It didn’t.

We had a great Evening, food was great and our waiter Zach was the bees knees. Would come here again!

The servers were very professional and really couldn’t do any more to make sure our experience was up to their high standards. Both my wife and I ordered twin lobster tails instead of steak and we both were impressed with the presentation and quality of the food. I finished off with a Crème brûlée which was also delicious.
On previous trips we’ve always had steaks so I’m pleased to say that they don’t treat seafood as an afterthought.

Sittin in the greenhouse was fantastic.

Ordered steamed spinach and got ray spinach.... their wine special was not clear that it was 3 oz pours which are more like a taste....appreciate they are trying in covid environment but need to work harder they are not currently a good value. Flemings is one of my favorite restaurants for date night. On this occasion we celebrated my 50th birthday with my family. It was OUTSTANDING! The staff at this restaurant is consistently great. We are always greeted with a smile and they make you feel that they truly are happy to see you. As for the food, FANTASTIC!! I have not had a meal that I did not LOVE! But, what makes the dinner so special are the servers. Anthony, on this night, was our server and he made the dinner from start to finish AMAZING!!! Thank you Anthony for taking such good care of us!! We will be back soon!!!

The food was out of this world! When paying higher prices I expect the food to match the price and there was no disappointment here! My steak was by far the most tender steak I've ever had. The only way I can describe it is this: it was as if the chef personally massaged my steak before serving it to me. Absolutely outstanding! The waitress was extremely knowledgeable and the other service staff ensured our drinks were never empty and dirty plates cleared promptly! Will be back for a special occasion for sure! Highly recommend!

Tony did a great job as well as Matthew the time before. Ordered filet med rare, came overcooked and returned with perfect heat and they comped filet. Didn't mind waiting bc we ordered chocolate lava cake that takes time.. ended up perfectly!!

Our couples gathering and date night involved celebrating 3 birthdays with a party of 10 and Flemings was the best spot for it. We loved the food, service, ambiance, and attentiveness of staff. We’ve been to capital grille, Morton’s, and Ruth Chris and my husband thought you have the best steak hands down. Definitely returning. Thank you so much and Liz was also amazing at accommodating us.

Food and service were good but even for Prime meats the prices were expensive.

For the amount of money you pay for each individual piece of food, I would have expected better service and a more refined crowd. The bread they brought before the meal was delicious.

Fleming's in West Hartford never disappoints. Best Calamari around and everything else is top notch. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. COVID-19 is making it difficult for them, but they have adjusted well and don't miss a beat. A great choice in West Hartford.

Great food and excellent service!

We dined at Flemings outdoors on Sept. 26th. It was a beautiful evening and our table was on the patio which we enjoyed. Our waiter was very attentive and we were very pleased with his service. We chose the Filet of Fall special dinner which included salad, steak and dessert. The salad was very good and a nice size, the filet was cooked as ordered but there really wasn't much flavor to the steak and we were disappointed in that. The dessert cake was very good. Flemings does not include a vegetable so we had to add a side of potato augratin. Needless to say we enjoy J. Gilberts in Glastonbury to Flemings and their steak is absolutely delicious and very tasty. We had a gift card to use but in the future J. Gilberts would be our choice for a steak dinner.
